I’ve ordered from here a total of 3 times and each time I’ve had to cut the pizza myself. This time (pictured) is a thin crust pizza that was not cut and was mutilated and not even crispy, and it’s soggy. Part of the pizza was so soggy it’s stuck to the cardboard. Don’t waste your time or money here

Don't buy the "Under New Management" sign, it's lipstick on a pig. I did and was burned. I went once, and it was OK. So I went back on Friday, Jan. 24 and was burned bad. Here's what happened: - I ordered on the app for a kiosk pick-up and arrived at the store in the window when the app said my order would be ready. - I reached the end of the window and the app said my order was still "in the oven." - I decided to walk in and investigate and it was absolute chaos. The kiosk was empty, there were tickets piled up on the counter in back and there were no pizzas in the oven. - Employees were poorly trained and there was no teamwork. The woman at the counter could not tell me the status of my order or when it might be ready. Customers were upset. - I immediately ordered from the Madison store, which is operated by a different franchise owner and consistently excellent. - On my way home, I called the Dickerson Pike store about a refund of the $27 I paid on the app for the order I never received. They told me I would have to request it on the app, which I did promptly. - It's been a week and I have not heard from Little Caesar's about a refund. - It's a shame, because I love the convenience, but I will no longer patronize the chain because they didn't refund my money and they have done nothing to resolve the atrocious customer service situation at the Dickerson store. - I'm going to Jet's tonight and will file a complaint with the Tennessee Better Business Bureau and Attorney General for my refund. - If you want Little Caesar's though, go to Madison.
This is the absolute worst ran little Caesar's. My to go orders the past two times have taken over an hour to be ready. Either management needs to get the workers help, or shut it down. ridiculous.

Ghetto, worst location I’ve ever been to & I’ve gave try after try. They will have you waiting 45mins or longer at times. Only have one or two good staff members, they might as well shut this location down.

I placed an order online and left to pick it up when it was placed in the oven. I got to the store about 10 minutes after and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my pepperoni pizza. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Went there on Wednesday night around 7 PM. There were no pizzas ready It was already for customers waiting one said that he had been waiting over 20 minutes for one pepperoni pizza. I got one pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread and it came up to $18 from my understanding. They were six dollars not $8.50 per pizza but I still decided to get it from convenience ended up waiting 20 minutes as well. Got all the way home and my pizza was half cooked. Had to put it in the oven to cook it the rest of the way there were numerous workers in there playing in the back one lady had been waiting. She did an online order. One lady had been waiting. She did a online order. And after I got my pizzas, they just decided to put hers in the oven I will say the only one that was apologetic was the new worker named DJ

It was really slammed when we went in on halloween night. I would of expected to see that they had pizzas prepared and ready in the hot n ready. We had to wait which was fine not that bad of wait. Great atmosphere clean store.

They're under new management, so honesty NOW* everyone was above and beyond. Our cashier was regional manager material, easy to talk to, very helpful, and on top of our order, for simply wanting to do a good job! The food was prepared with such care that you could swear they were trying to out do every pizza shop in the area, not just excell with the taste of L.C.'s!

I called in a deep dish veggie pizza. I got there and had to wait five minutes to even be waited on. Once I was waited on they said we have a pepperoni ready. They guy said I didn’t hear any toppings so I made pepperoni. He said I can remake a veggie for a higher price. I said fine I’ll wait. He gave me the total. I said I will pay when it’s ready. He then says I cant guarantee that we will make it until we receive payment. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had a a little Caesar’s restaurant.
