Picked up a plain pepperoni and plain sausage pizza in the drive thru. Pretty good deal for the price. Topping weren't evenly distributed. They were very busy on a Friday evening.

November 8th 2025 waiting over an hour for two pepperoni pizzas this is ridiculous when I pulled up there was only one car in the drive through. Next time I'll just pay and go to Papa John's

I Thought their pizzas supposed to be hot and ready but when I go through the drive thru I have to wait 20 mins to even get acknowledge then have to wait 20 to 30 more minutes for 2 pizza no good customer services at all and timing awful

The slowest place to ever go. Ordered a medium pizza and some bread. Waited almost a hour and still wasn’t done. If you’re expecting fast service and good food go to dominos. This place ain’t it. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Employee tried to scam me. I walked in and ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. The cashier charged me for the ExtraMostBestest pizza, hoping I wouldn't look at the receipt. When I called him out on it, he said they only sell the EMB pepperoni, and I pointed at the menu directly behind his head. He then continued to lie and say that was only available online.
Ordered online at 4:00 set food would be ready at 4:23 went in there at 4:30 and my food hadn't even being prepared. And I notice people of different color than me with online orders their food was ready when they came in it took me another 35 minutes to get my food. I don't think this is right and I'm not racist towards anyone so why be racist towards me

I ordered fresh pizza and puffs from the app. The app indicated the items were freshly put in the oven. 24 minutes later supposedly still in the oven and then I was just given older items from the warmers. Will never go to this location again

Order online to be picked up in 30 minutes. I live 7 minutes away and take care of my father with dementia. My outings need to be short. I waited 30 minutes before I even left the house. I understand business and it could be busy. When I got there. The person said he was waiting on my bread. Everyone looked at each other and never said another word. 20 minutes later, I got my order. Mistakes happen. I get it. But at least have some form of communication. Especially when you have a customer who is kind and understanding. 5 employees and zero customer service. I will drive further to the Madison location that has always treated me kind and transparent with mistakes or even high volume of business. At least they speak and they do get rewarded for their excellent customer service every time I stop in after work. I judt live closer to this location and t thought I'd try it. Never again.

Absolutely awful waited 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready and when it finally was and I took it home it was the absolute worst pizza I have ever received. Completely backwards terribly cut it was supposed to be slices and sticks jalapeño and pepperoni and it came out as cheese bread no pepperoni cut like pizza and jalapeños pizza cut like sticks and pizza like a 5 year olds first attempt it actually made me laugh it was such a terrible attempt. I don’t mind waiting I understand when it’s busy. But to complete screw up a simple order and get an I’m sorry is insane. The stuffed crust cheese pizza I got was hardly cut and just tasted bad. I will most definitely never come back to this location again stay away they may be open late but believe me it’s not worth it.
