Ordered yesterday evening, took it home ate, and within the next 2 hours I started throwing up and having severe diarrhea as showing signs of food poisoning. Food seemed very undercooked. I hope no one experiences this because it is horrible!

I ordered my food at 7:20pm it said it would be done around 7:48pm. I get there and it’s not ready which I understand it was busy. That’s not my problem my problem is I sat there for an hour after that waiting for it. Multiple people that came in well after me were served before me. I was asked 3 times what the name was on my order for me to still never get it. Then you have the manager outside talking to her boyfriend, while the kids are all playing in the back. I asked what else I was waiting on for my order and everyone just acted clueless. One of the gentleman was on the phone the whole time not helping or anything he literally was on the phone talking about “we super busy” as he walks out the store. The two people that kept going outside never washed their hands. The night staff is god awful there was a lady in there that was waiting for an hour when I got there and she placed her order online as well. Do better

very bad experience in service, I was ignored by the staff when trying to look for my order, I hope it's not racism because I'm Latino because they responded to the others People, I tried to continue searching after 53 minutes and nothing.I will never return to this store.

My pizza was rushed out. Cheese wasn’t even melted in some places so it didn’t cook long enough. Had to bring it home and return it to the oven. Marinara was really pasty like it’s old and was not covered or stored properly. I think the health department need to pay a visit before they wind up killing someone with that old sauce and half done pizza.
