I’m disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. The employee at the counter was more focused on their phone instead of assisting customers. It felt unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. I hope the store can improve service by paying more attention to customers.There was no politeness to customers at all. The employee was rude and didn’t show any respect or basic customer service.

Be careful when ordering pizza here if you're getting a hot and ready. Cought the guy working today I ordered a hot and ready he rang me up an extra most bestest. When I pointed it out to him that he didn't give me an extra most bestest and was obviously trying to overcharge me for a hot and ready that didn't appear to be fully cooked. Wanted to cuss me. Take the extra 10 minutes drive and go to a different one .
Order hot wings . Got a bag of bread sticks… super mad I’m at work 12 hour shift and you give me a bag of bread sticks now you won’t answer the phone

I don’t lightly give 1 star reviews. This 1 star review isn’t based on a single visit. This review is based off of 4 interactions because I enjoy the food and I’m an optimist. Three times I door dashed from this location and the order was wrong. Easy to blame the dashers I suppose, missing drinks and dips each time. The last time I drove there after placing an online order for pickup. This was my experience: 1. Parking lot was packed, there is some kind of flea market that sets up in the parking lot and there’s multiple businesses surrounding this location, so good luck. 2. I arrived to pick up my order and it wasn’t in the portal, the employees kept trying to give me another customers order and kept insisting that the order for “Miguel xxxxxx” was for me. It wasn’t. After that back and forth they finally agreed to make my order. 3. Roughly 30 minutes later my food still wasn’t prepared, and as I was standing in there a delivery driver rushed in and handed a box to the employee and was saying something to him, I don’t know what, I don’t speak Spanish :(. The employee then, box in hand, hands me the pizza with my name on it. That delivery driver accidentally took my order instead of Miguel xxxxx order. So the portals are coded so they are supposed to be opened by whoever ordered the pizza but somehow the driver got my order and little ceasers refused to give me another pizza because mine was now there. Even though it was now cold and had been on an adventure in another persons vehicle for more than half an hour. In summary, if you want Little Ceasers, try any other location but this one.
