I decided to order today. I ordered a pizza, crazy bread, a garlic sauce, and a tea. Got ONLY my pizza COLD and a 2 liter mt. Dew. NO. I do not drink soda. That was NOT what I ordered. Then when I went to call I was on hold for eons, and they picked up and automatically hung it up without speaking at all... TWICE! I AM LIVID! This is NOT the way a business runs. DO BETTER!

This is my first time ever making a google review but I’ve just had to many bad experiences with this place. Basically I got here at 9pm to go in and get a pizza and the doors are locked. This location says they close at 10pm both online and in the door. Tried going through the drive thru, but just like the five others times I’ve tried to eat here, no one answers. Also when I tried to go in there’s someone inside ignoring me. Would rate negative stars if possible because how on earth am I suppose to have a good experience if no one will take my order…

THE CUTS WERE TERRIBLE AND THEY DON'T TAKE ORDERS AT THE SPEAKER. FOR THIS TO BE THE ONLY LOCATION IN A 15-20 MILE RADIUS... I'VE HAD BETTER SERVICE AND PIZZA IN THE HOOD. TF?

Went to Little Ceasars on Charlotte Ave in West Nashville, I ordered two pizzas and when I got home I found that both pizza boxes were full of ants , not fresh! Bad customer service, refused napkins when I ask for them. I will never eat here again! They need to be shut down!!

Average thin crust pizza with good toppings at a great price! It’s quick, tasty, fun to eat and filling. If you are looking to save money and enjoy trying the different combinations of all the toppings then this fills the bill. A large two topping pizza for a limited time of only $9! They also have a drive thru window and they thoughtfully have the finished pizza waiting in a warming oven.

I will never order pizza from this location (7090 Charlotte Pk.) ever again!!!! We visited this location on 8/13/2024 around 9pm. We waited at the counter a whole 10 minutes before being acknowledged. We placed our order and received our food. Once we made it home, we started preparing for dinner only to find that both of our pizzas were cooked with some type of paper in between the toppings of the pizza and the crust!!!! (Pictures attached) I have been trying to contact the store since 9:40pm on 8/13/2024. I reached out two more times before making this review and still no answer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!! I will try to add the videos for better clarity.

Tried to eat here tonight and they have a sign on the door saying drive thru only but when I went to the drive thru I just got ignored for a good ten minutes. Finally got to roll up a little bit to the window to be told they turned their system off and aren't accepting any orders.. but mind you he just took a person's order infront of me that was told to move up and wait on his food. Ridiculous.

Why do you never answer when I call little Caesars? Everytime I'm assured by an over enthusiastic man telling me someone is going to answer my phone call. But every time at 3 minutes and 33 seconds you hang up, i'm trying to place an order give you money, but it's like your to good for it and won't answer and take my money. I just want a reasonably priced stuffed crust pizza, it's not just a one day thing either this has been weeks, what did I do to deserve this pizza blockade from little Caesars?

Stood at counter for about 10 minutes I was looked at but never approached to be assisted. I ended up leaving and my spouse went back in to retrieve our food. They stood there about 5 minutes then was finally approached by a Mexican who either didn't want to or couldn't speak good English. Had to repeat myself multiple times just to get a pepperoni pizza and Krazy bread which I had originally ordered ahead of time.
