Usually picking up from the drive through is quick and easy but lately it seems to be a major inconvenience. The idea of got and ready doesn't exist for the evening crew. After ordering and taking the payment, I say at the window for 5 minutes and was then asked to pull into a parking space where I had to wait another 20 minutes before deciding to go in and ask for a refund to go somewhere else.

This used to be a go-to on Friday evening but until things turn around, I won't be back

Thank you for the reply. I did reach out. I received pizza with raw, uncooked dough for lunch and was unable to return at the time for a refund.

For the last few months, the evening shift doesn’t know how to make crazy bread. It’s bland/dry breadsticks with barely and butter and no cheese. Also, how is it that I put in an online order for pickup at the self serve and EVERYTIME, half of my order is not in the machine. 5-9pm crew kinda sucks. Not sure about the rest of the team. Hopefully you all see this and do better. Otherwise, keep *messing* up peoples orders and see what happens 🤷‍♂️

Have ordered pickup and delivery from LC many times. Have always been happy. Today, my order was delivered to another street with a similar name and the same number. I called customer service, but they cannot do anything. The address was auto filled and I did not change it! This is not satisfactory, and I will not be back. The driver did not respond to calls or texts.

The girl working at the counter today 5/23/25 at 3:30 had a super nasty attitude and didn’t ring my order up correctly even though she repeated my order back to me correctly. I got a mile down the road and forgot my soda so I go back. I didn’t wanna just take it and go so I waited u til she came up front. This woman proceeded to argue with me that I didn’t order the crazy bread combo meal and that that deal is only available online and acted as though I am an idiot for even suggesting that lmfao . I’ve ordered the same exact order for almost ten years and I always get what I asked for. She then had a very snotty attitude and when I asked well ok how much is the soda she said the price with the nastiest attitude ever and walked off speaking to another employee in Spanish as if I don’t understand. The workers at this location always have a bad attitude and especially when they can speak hardly any English and want to give you an attitude when you have to keep correcting their mistakes.
