I wanted to order two cheese pizzas from this store. When I first entered, the cashier was wearing earbuds in both ears. I tried to speak as loudly as possible so he could hear me.
When my order was ready, I took the receipt back to him and left the store with two pizzas—without realizing that one was pepperoni and the other was a poorly made “cheese” pizza (if it really was cheese at all).
When I checked the pizzas in my car, I was very disappointed by the mistake and the time I had wasted. I went back and told them I didn’t want a pepperoni pizza or the other one that barely looked like pizza. They told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for a replacement. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes just to get one pizza, which I attached a picture of in this review.
When I asked for my money back for the other pizza, the cashier called the manager. The manager looked at me as if it was my fault. Even when he gave me the refund, he looked at me like I was begging for my own money back.
I would only recommend this restaurant to someone who wants to waste their time and feel disrespected .

The pizza and crazy bread at this location is always absolutely incredible. Hot, fresh, and perfectly made. However, be warned if you ever order delivery from here. They NEVER include the sauces you order. Doordash thankfully gives me credit for it each time but it’s so frustrating because this location would be one of the best in the country if they’d just pay attention to the sauces!

Came in hungry, left SICK TO MY STOMACH. Had me wait for over an hour after my order was ready, and then they asked me “What are you still doing here?” After verbally asking me to wait?! When I mentioned my order, they said another 25 minutes… It was clear they never had my food ready, so I’m not sure why I was notified that it was ready. After the order was done, worker SLAMS my food on the counter and walks away. Beyond disrespectful service. Not only was my order late, employees were devastating rude. This is THE MOST DESERVING 1 star review I have ever written. You all act like you HATE WORKING.
