I enjoyed Lil Caesar pizza up until I order from this location. The pizza was not good at all. Do better!

The service was great from beginning to end. The staff were kind and understanding. They prepared my specialized order just as requested, and the pizza was excellent.

My boyfriend ordered pizzas and dessert from this place. They handed us a dessert we did not order instead of what was on the receipt/order since they were out of it. They refused a refund and said they couldn’t do it. Had to ask for the manager and the manager was very rude when we explained it’s not what we want/ordered. They have teenagers working there that are not super nice at all. First time I’ve been here and honestly don’t want to go again.

I ordered a supreme, thin pepperoni, and the puff muffins both cheese and pepperoni. I was also supposed to have garlic sauce that they are so adamant you pay for and the zap packs. My suprem
e was doughy I can't eat it and get home to sit and eat it, stores closed?then the cheese puffs are cheese burned and hard. Seasoned well though. However, the garlic butter is what makes it. I live on Florence and old Nashville ! By the time I was home I still tried to call but nobody answered. Huge disappointment!!

One year later and we decided to give them a chance. Still terrible and our order was wrong!

The customer service is horrible. Pizzas take forever to get - my recent order took almost 45 mins. They kept delaying the pick up time on the app. And when they have the pizza they didn’t say anything. Obviously their store is going downhill. Taking my money elsewhere from now on. There ARE good Little Caesars and this is just not one of them.

Ordered 4in 1 breadsticks ,had to be the worst greasy bread stics ever, box was soaked thru bottom with grease and crazy sauce was cold in cooler !!!

Don’t trust the houses. Closes 15 minutes. Whoever owns this place is losing money
