My experience: Calling the store to place an order. The first 300 rings. Someone has picked up the phone and then hang up. So I gave another try and call again ! this time they allowed the phone to ring for at least 10 minutes. No one answer. To Mr Owner of the store. When your crew doesn't answer the phone. You're missing a lots business and another pizza house.

For the price and utter convenience, this place is hard to beat! Online ordering is simple and easy, everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. Love that is it so close to home and always available to satisfy my pizza cravings!

The pizza was undercooked and still quite doughy. In the picture shown the crust was the same ish color as the box. The underside had barely any color.

So I don't know what they're doing in the kitchen but we found a fingernail in our pizza. Tried to call the store to descreetly handle this but nobody is answering.

I don't typically have anything bad to say about the food, it's a great price and usually no issues. I have almost never had good service at this location, typically in the form of being completely ignored and sometimes having to walk out. My most recent visit, I couldn't get to half of my order in the warmer and nobody would answer me even though multiple people made eye contact. I finally got the pizzas out and wanted to buy drinks and additional items but ended up leaving them in the counter after almost 15 minutes.

Well the store was quite busy; 2 out of 3 pizzas were made totally wrong. 2 were supposed to be alike with 4 toppings but 1/2 of each (2)pizzas appeared to be just cheese 🧀 pizzas when the pizzas were supposed to be covered all over with the 4 toppings 🤔. Checked my order 2 or 3 times to see 👀 if it was me that messed up...that's the way it goes 😳.

Ordered online, had 2 pizzas, garlic parm wings and a drink, got everything but the DRINK, that’s twice something has been left out of my order, I paid for something I didn’t get, try to call to let them know, of course nobody answered the phone, I mean it’s right there on the damn receipt.

3 stars because the lady with the bun up here has horrible customer service. She isn’t greeting anybody she is just standing there looking at you until you start talking. If you have an attitude don’t work in customer service. And why do they stop making pizzas so early? It’s 9 but they don’t want to make any more pizzas. Turning people away y’all are loosing money. I’ll go a little further down the street to the other one next time.

I ordered 30 mins before going to pick it up, the app said it’s ready and I went to go pick it up. I put in the code and the pizza wasn’t even there. I asked for a refund and they say to do it online but there isn’t an option for refund on the little Caesar app. I called them multiple times and they never pick up. The customer service line doesn’t pick up either. I just have to take this loss and warn others.
