Jackson was the worst server we have ever had. The food took 1 hour & our drinks stayed empty. Then when the bill came we were charged twice for our beverages. I would not recommend to anyone trying to do anything after dinner. The food was good but it just took too long.

I planned this as our one fancy night to dine for my Bachelorette party. Reason I booked was the variety, price and ambiance. I didn't want to go somewhere that was $50+ a plate and still wanted a "fancy" experience. Did not disappoint!! Service was a little slow for how slow the place was. I didn't mind one bit because it gave a chance to talk as a group (10 of us) and actually hear each other when we were on the go the rest of the trip. Everyone LOVED their choices for dinner. My Mocktail (I'm preggo) was the best one I had all weekend! Not easy to find in Nashville.

Amazing food, service and drink. Bartender was willing to take our order even though they were almost closing. Definitely will be back

Overall ... little fib is EXACTLY what their name means... Bad food, menu wasn't true to what they have and we ordered a beer and gave us a different version of it (that wasn't what we wanted and what the menu states), And the service was the worst of it all. The server was non-existent. Took our order and just disappeared. Our beverages took 20 minutes and was brought out by someone else , not the server. He only Came back when food was brought out and then gone again. Once again, Server never came back...until he dropped the check. Server never cleared the dishes or glassware off the table at all during the dinner service. Never refilled our drinks. It was just an overall BAD experience. We spoke to 2 managers (one female / one male). Neither did anything for us (not like we were asking for anything anyways). But overall... server was just lost. Seemed he had no idea what he was doing or he wasn't trained at all. And for a Saturday night that wasn't busy around 7/730pm, we should have had such terrible experience. For our first time to Nashville and our first dining experience in town.... What a disaster. Just pass on this place.

It's truly a shame with this Upscaled Hotel Dining that was left short. Waiter was not trained enough. Barely spoke other than taking our order. Took over 15 minutes to get drinks. Let's point out, it was not busy with 3 bartenders on. As for the food, it was mediocre at best and the price you paid for it was nuts. Clearly this hotel restaurant should do an overhaul of training about service times from start to finish. I have been in the business for 10 years +, this was disappointing.

Food was ok, but as a sola female traveler, they blew me off. The waiter wouldn't bring me my beer. The staff threw my food at me but when I asked for something as outrageous as mayo, they ignored me. The manager was the only one who noticed I was not eating. Even after that, the waiter wouldn't refill my water. I'm nobody, but I'm also not poor and they got no tip bc they were rude

Food from the menu as well as from the buffet was delicious! And got to watch the game while we ate.

The food was just okay. Deviled eggs were good. Meatloaf had WAY too much BBQ sauce, cauliflower was soggy and potatoes were terrible. Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Service was good.

sausage on my eggs benedict was under cooked, nearly raw and it was supposed to be ham not sausage. Hollandaise sauce was cold and disgusting, not edible. my friend Asked for over over easy eggs and got scrambled. They advertised many different mimosa flavours but had none of them.

They were open on Christmas Day and we didn't need a reservation. Also, they were around the corner from where we were staying. The service was outstanding on Christmas Day! Thank you for the cookies! Chicken Wings: They were supposedly hot wings and my GF doesn't like spice so we got the sauce on the side. The chicken wings were crunchy and flavorful on their own. I added some sauce on my wings but there wasn't anything hot about it. The wings were so good we got another order. Cornbread Medallions: Yes, these were the truth! Delicious, warm cornbread with honey butter. Lemon Pepper Fries: They were good but didn't actually taste like Lemon Pepper. I can't say what they tasted like for sure but definitely wasn't lemon pepper. I don't like lemon pepper and I wasn't going to order them because of that but I'm glad I did. They should rename them! Drinks are $17 so I skipped the cocktails and ordered High Noon instead. My GF is still talking about the wings!!

We went here during our first visit to Nashville hoping for decent (not spectacular) Southern styled food. While the service was at-par, the food, unfortunately, hit low spots consistently. The food was cold, unappealingly presented, lacking flavor, and very overpriced ($400 for a party of 7, to give you an idea). On the bright side, the portions were large, but mostly went wasted for reasons noted earlier.

We celebrated the last day of exhibiting at the NAEYC conference. We had a party of 7 and requested a time change late in the day. Judy was very accommodating and gave us an excellent table. It was secluded and we were able to recap the week and celebrate success with excellent food, service and ambiance!

Had a wonderful experience. Group of 8, but the food and drinks came out fast and all together. Only complaint was it ended up being a long service. Got there at 5:25 and didn't leave until 7:45. Food was full of flavor, surprises, and presented well given the price range. One guest mentioned it was the best meal she had in Nashville!

Went to have some of the awesome smoked chicken soup and deviled eggs. Maria the chef came out to see us as she has done before. She is an amazing. Love the food. Smoked chicken the best I have ever had, highly recommended. She was nice enough to send us a little desert to finish our meal. You can’t go wrong here. Spoke again with Zoran again. Great behind the bar. Great hotel and a great restaurant.
