Ordered the Tennessee hot chicken sliders. They were excellent! The side Caesar salad was OK. Angela, our server, was awesome! They were short-staffed as the two that were working were running all around with a full restaurant. Atmosphere was good, except for dirty tables due to busyness and lack of proper staffing. I would go there again for the chicken sliders and the wonderful service.

Went to the restaurant here at the BNA with my family. The lady behind the bar counter was rude because we bought donuts for our minor children, but we adults were going to order food at this establishment. We walked out and went to a different establishment that allowed my two minor children to eat their donuts while us adults ordered our food from the place we sat down.
The restaurant was practically empty.

It was the worst place I've ever been to at an airport, I was there on 03/28/2024 and the waitress refused to serve me, I couldn't understand why, it was very sad, it was an experience of rejection. She had a few strands of blonde hair, but it was mostly dark and she was short in height, there was also a white boy with gray hair and an earring in one of his ears. My wife was shocked and we had to go to another location, I will never go back to this place, I will move on and choose other options. I was there in Nashville to visit my family and everyone was shocked.

I politely asked the bartender for a cup of water and he said he’d have to charge me for it. I guess if you like getting nickel and dimed, then this is the right place to be!

Bartender was awful. She up charged us on basically everything, giving us things we didn’t ask for then charging us for it. We spent $90 on two meals and 3 drinks. The food was not great either, but what really bothered me was that she harassed/yelled at us whenever we walked by to make her co-workers laugh (just because we left a sub-par tip for pretty awful service). Would not recommend.

I came here with my child so we could sit down and eat. I got a sandwich out to give my toddler and then I was going to order a beer and food for myself. I was immediately told I couldn’t have out that sandwich because it’s outside food and had to leave or put it away. I obviously left because I’m not going to eat while my child sat hungry. Being that he’s a picky eater I had to get something very specific for him hence the “outside food.” I have worked at several different restaurants across the country and never have we denied a mother from giving her children food that we didn’t sell. Never. It just feels icky that you wouldn’t support a mother and child, especially since traveling is so incredibly stressful with small children. I then walked to the outside of the establishment and stood along a ledge since there was no seating as concourse B is quite crammed. I sat the sandwich on the ledge, that evidently belonged to this brewery, while I got my son situated to eat and was told I had to remove the sandwich. Are you kidding? There was one guy.. ONE guy.. in the whole place. No one was around me. It felt like these servers just wanted to be rude and find something to be negative about. It was very unwelcoming and they need some schooling on customer service. I just hope if they ever have to travel with children, someone shows them the compassion that they chose not to show this tired mother.
