Excellent

Food is overrated and they add additional fees to your bill.

My husband and I love to ride our bikes to Lockeland Table from the gulch. It’s a great date night. You can’t beat the neighborhood feel and the atmosphere. It’s not like so many places in Nashville which feel restaurant group owned. It’s local and unique, the kind of place you can dress up for or feel comfortable casual. The food is always delicious. It’s clear the kitchen pays attention to detail. There are dishes for everyone- vegan, pescatarian and carnies. Cocktails and wine are lovely too. Probably need a reservation, though we’ve gotten lucky with early seating at the bars.

My husband and I walked in on a Saturday night and grabbed seats at the bar as fast as we could because it was still pretty busy at 730pm.

I ordered the wedge and he ordered the steak and also the biscuits which were all delicious experiences.

The bartenders were super hospitable and kept up with everyone really well.

We booked for the community happy hour well in advance and hearing good things. We were expecting to be at either a bar or lounge type area but actually we were seated in the middle of the restaurant. The food was just ok, the atmosphere pretty ordinary tbh and the service was often absent, although the guy magically appeared at the end of our “experience “when we were unable to pay at the front desk where two women were seated and instead we had to wait for our server to give the bill to us at the table. This seemed very much designed to ensuring tipping - which we did, but frankly he didn’t really earn that tip, as he was often absent at our table, we were often waiting to order further items, but “ guy smiley” with us when giving our bill. I recommend you head over the Harper steak houses happy hour, there’s was phenomenal

A gem in Nashville! The quaint locally owned environment is felt in every step of service. There are so many must have items on their menu, but I highly recommend their bone marrow and bread pudding. There isn’t a since miss on this menu.

Great food and cheap happy hour prices. Service could be a bit better though.

Overpriced and overrated. We ordered a steak and empanadas. The steak was just okay, you would think it'd be a lot better for the price. Idk what the emapandas were supposed to be; they were definitely not traditional, small, and a little meat with rice? For $17 empanadas, this was not it.

This is a busy busy place. Great service but we found the food to be ok but not great. If you are looking for a nice romantic dinner spot to enjoy good Nashville food and have a conversation then maybe look elsewhere. If you are looking for that happening place and enjoy the hustle and bustle then this is your jam.

Always great food. Service was especially slow last time we visited, and staff wasn't terribly attentive, but they were nice.
