I'm a steak snob. This one covered in seasoning. Not an actual steak. 22oz porterhouse. It was fine. Not above average. Better Longhorn.
We had amazing experience tonight at Logan’s. We sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks before dinner. Our bartender, Crystal, offered exceptional service && was so kind. As someone with a service background I really appreciated her knowledge of the menu, her timely service, and the great conversation! We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything, Crystal!
Was not a good experience. When you walk in this location has a foul smell, we didn’t leave simply because we were tired and hungry. The guy at the host station was just odd, waited for server but she was very attentive and friendly. The gal that was bartending was nothing but an old barmaid flirt. Apparently several regular people that come in. Nationwide Logan’s is not a first pick.
Took my grandsons out to celebrate my youngest leaving for Univ of Hawaii. All orders taken at same time. My 3 grandsons got their steak, pasta etc at same time. My very plain grilled chicken came 15 minutes later, after they finished eating. Then the chicken, ordered as grilled plain, well done, came back covered in white sauce! I sent it back and another 15 minutes passed. It came by not well done. Sent it back again and waited 10 more minutes. It finally was served for me to carry out because it was so way past the time my grandsons were done. For all this, I was given free dessert and 3 percent discount. To end all this, when I got home to eat, the chicken had a terrible taste. It was not fresh at all. Waste of my money!!!!! I trashed it! Our celebration was spoiled!!!!!!!!
We had a large group there for our mother’s 99th birthday celebration and Tina was our server. She and everyone there were very helpful and did a great job. Every restaurant has their moments but we would highly recommend Tina and the team.
We went there while on vacation and had a HORRIBLE experience. It took the waitress 30 minutes just to come back and serve us our drinks and she wouldn’t have brought them then if we hadn’t gotten up and asked the manager on duty what the hold up was. When she returned with the drinks her excuse was “I was in the back making them and taking another order” we then said that when you take someone’s drink order you bring it back and then come back to take someone else order. The waitress got an attitude with us and started arguing that it didn’t take that long. You never argue with a customer EVER. She told us “that’s it I’m not waiting on you and you can leave my section” so then we got up and left. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN.
We were greeted by the “Hostess with the Mostest”, Darlene, when we first walked in. She was very welcoming and sweet. She complemented all of us and was a joy to speak with. Our server, Shara, was just as engaging and nice. She engaged with our two young kids and was wonderful. Great experience overall.

Terribly staffed establishment. Should’ve realized when we walked in, when the employees were all wearing AirPods. Doesn’t value the customer whatsoever, and was more concerned with fixing their own drinks behind the bar than sitting the customer. Waited for 45 mins after they said it would be 15-20 minutes, without anyone saying a word to us. We finally just got up and left after the lady referred to her co-worker as “these people.”

Our food is always really fresh and Delicious from here! We always order from Uber eats. Never had one problem and they have the best salad and the ranch yum 😋 omg so good.!!Also my son swears by their chicken tenders he says they are the best in Nashville 💞💞 and their staff is always so nice when I call to ask them to please put a couple extra condiments in my bag. David answered tonight he was very sweet and helpful 😁

This is a very unorganized restaurant. We had a very good waitress, but we had to wait over an hour and a half to get our main course got swapped out by another server. This is my last time coming to this restaurant. This restaurant has lost my business.

Tonight’s experience was terrible. Our server didn’t greet us for several minutes, then blamed it on a different girl who was already cut. Fine. We ordered fried pickles but when they didn’t arrive after fifteen minutes, we asked if they were coming soon. “Oh, they didn’t bring them out yet?” Ten minutes later, we got the appetizer and she asked if we wanted our steaks now or wait for a bit “because it’s ready now.” One steak was okay, but the other was overcooked. I sent it back with apologies, and ate the cold green beans while my friend ate her steak. When my recook came out, it was way undercooked this time, but I was not about to send it back again. I had to ask for water every time, and we ultimately took our food to go. I like Logan’s. I like the food. Please never give me this server again, though.
