Everything about Logan's was AMAZING! My husband and I both had steak, cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Dennis, was an absolute star! We can't wait to visit Logan's again!!!

After being told at another restaurant in opry mills. That they where not going to be able to seat our large group together. We choosed to come to Logan's. Im so glad we came. We had a party of 18. 11 adults and 7 kids ages 5 and under. The wait was not long 20mintues on a Friday night. They were able to arrange the sitting to accommodate our large group. The food was good and the alcohol đ¸ beverages where reasonable and delicious. The host Jennifer was very nice. Becky our server was great. Shout out to the bartender and the cook that was on duty tonight. We all enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will be going back. We were there 9-12-2025.

Simply AMAZING. One of the best steaks we've ever had. My husband had the sirloin which was tender, juicy, and flavorful! I had the filet which was the same (tender, juicy, and flavorful). Our waitress, Janie, (pictured below) was soooooooo wonderful!! The manager cared enough to come to our table to make sure we were happy. That was impressive, a not many managers care enough to do that. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience. We'll definitely return!!!!

The waitress was great at first. I ordered a medium rare steak, loaded mashed potatoes, and a ceasar salad. I got my daughter a cheeseburger with fries. It took 30+ mins for our food to come out. Her burger came with no cheese, I brought this to the waitressâ attention and she never tried to bring cheese or anything for it. She tried to get the manager over to the table about my steak, but the manager told her to just send the steak back and get a new steak. The person who brought my new steak didnât even ask for me to cut into it and see if it was correct. After the complaint, the waitress was very quiet with us and didnât check on us much anymore. I ended up not even eating much of my steak because it wasnât good. Do no recommend.

Food is good. Location very handy also. But the really amazing part was our server David. We came in on a Saturday night and it wss very busy in addition to a party of 18. There were only 4 servers on the entire floor. We could tell initially he was very busy. Still he was constantly running for us. Brought us 4 baskets of bread, kept us up to date on the food, and never once neglected us. He stayed engaged and anticipated our needs on a level of service I haven't experienced in a long time. It was a very welcoming change especially after the horrific experience we'd had at Opry mills mall specifically at TJ Maxx with one particular sales associate. I really help the store manager & other managers know what a great customer service experience we had because of David. He turned our frowns upside down. Thank you David.

We had amazing experience tonight at Loganâs. We sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks before dinner. Our bartender, Crystal, offered exceptional service && was so kind. As someone with a service background I really appreciated her knowledge of the menu, her timely service, and the great conversation! We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything, Crystal!

Was not a good experience. When you walk in this location has a foul smell, we didnât leave simply because we were tired and hungry. The guy at the host station was just odd, waited for server but she was very attentive and friendly. The gal that was bartending was nothing but an old barmaid flirt. Apparently several regular people that come in. Nationwide Loganâs is not a first pick.
