LongHorn Steakhouse

I ordered 17 meals for my employees last night. It was a good size order. First, the food. From the Chicken Parm, Garlic Chicken, Chicken Fingers, to the various steaks and Salmon, the food was delicious. But, many dishes were not warm. There were dishes completed when I got there and it took another 20 minutes to complete the rest of the order. Then I had to drive 15 minutes. I had 3 people order Chicken Parm, only one person got theirs. One ended up with Garlic Chicken and the other a Renegade Steak. They included tickets in bulk with what people ordered. I would suggest putting those tickets on the corresponding meals. However, back to the food. All meat temperatures were dead on and the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese was so creamy and tasty. And to those who helped prepare the meal, I thank you. I would definitely recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse in Murfreesboro Pike.

I really like Longhorn Steakhouse. It was my birthday so we decided to go out for a steak dinner. My wife and I like sitting at the bar, instead of waiting for a table. So we did just that. The bartender/server was great. But the girl that was dealing with phone orders was less than cordial. She was young and maybe didn't realize that we could see and hear her interactions with people on the phone. All she did was roll her eyes and make faces while on the phone with paying customers. You could just tell that her customer service was at the lowest levels. It's a shame because we also witnessed the manager engaging several customers, and those engagements were very positive.

2025.02.14 My how things change..... On Valentine's Day evening our party of four adults arrived at the Murfreesboro Road location in Nashville at 4:50 pm. We were seated quickly. Our drinks and salads came out in decent time but not our entrées. We have had many good experiences at this location but not this time. After finishing our salads, we began to notice customers that ordered after us began getting their entrée. Our server Natalia assured us our order would come out soon. It seemed our server began avoiding us as the ice in our drink glasses had melted. It took calling our server's name loudly to get our drinks refilled. Then the manager Ozzie Duffala came out to assure us our entrée(s) order had been 'lost' but would be out in six minutes; but it was 20+ minutes. When it all did come out my chopped steak was quite over cooked and rather small. After eating some of our meal we requested go boxes and our checks. The manager did not come back out, but we received a paltry 25% off our meal after our time was wasted and our Valentine Day evening ruined. We were there over 2 hours.

2018 Nice Longhorn! We tried the chopped steak, it was excellent. The service was very good. We will definitely come back to this Longhorn. 5 stars!

We ordered an order for curb side pick up, they only forgot the bread but that’s okay, things happen. But I got home and as soon as I opened my container, I could just smell that the pork chops I ordered weren’t right. They smelled funny but I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried a small piece anyways. NASTY! Like idk, what was wrong with it but something was. But I called and told them about it, the manager apologized; allowed me to order something else. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken. As soon as I got it handed to me I could smell how AMAZING it smelled. When I got home and opened it, it looked almost like the professional pictures on Google, haha! The chicken tasted GREAT, and the lemon was so flavorful. I love lemon anyways and eat lemon by itself so when I tried the cooked lemon, I FELL IN LOVE! It was definitely a huge step up from what was originally ordered. I’m so grateful for the manager (all though I forgot his name), the hostess (unknown name) was very nice and helpful as well! And whoever cooked the chicken, BRAVO! Thank you to all of the workers and amazing food and great experiences. Definitely helps me to know I WILL be coming back!
