The entire restaurant smells like a mixture of old, spoiled grease/oil and roach infestation. A neighbor friend of mine had roaches when I was a kid and you never forget that smell. They need to close for a couple of days and do a deep clean and extermination.

Be sure to ask for Sarah as your waitress, she was great. Food was awesome as always.

LaShonda was phenomenal!! Very kind and attentive.

Zero stars for the hostess who continuously oversat her the entire time we were there so much so that it was hard for her to keep up. And the manager who did nothing to help her when she was so overwhelmed 😠

Our server wasn't very pleasant. Our salads came out before our appetizers and our steaks were over cooked. Yes it was a busy Saturday night but a genuine smile goes on way.

My husband got NY Strip and I got the parm crusted chicken Which is amazing. I love the parm mushrooms my husband and I love. The staff is great and friendly extremely knowledgeable about the menu

Upon arrival the greeter asked if a table was ok because that was all she had available, and seated the next couple behind us at a booth I guess we don’t meet the criteria to have the booth this Longhorn has lost it touch.

This is not a place to go at the spur of the moment. Your place is empty and you complain about having a 12 people party. Shitty attitudes.

I frequent this location a few times per year and typically have a splendid experience. However, that was no the case on 24Nov24. Granted, I likely arrived after church services were over because it was packed! As a result, the kitchen was most definitely busy. Our server was friendly and attentive. My issue was with my meal. I ordered the Salmon & Shrimp which I expected to be thoroughly cooked. Imagine my surprise to find my salmon barely cooked!!! As they do not offer sushi on the menu, I was completely appalled. I brought it to my servers attention and he apologized profusely and took my plate away.

At no time did the manager come to the table to apologize nor offer anything to rectify the situation. I have been to other locations and anytime anything was not up to par, the manager addressed it. This disregard shows a lack of customer service 101. Quite shameful on the managerial level. Likely won't return.

Very well and prepared food even in the day before Thanksgiving. Still, some dishes were not available, but the server replaced them with another delicious entres.
