To start off we came to celebrate my birthday. We were sat pretty quickly and than waited for about 5 minutes for a server. We order our drinks an appetizer. The appetizer came to the table first before drinks than the server told us she was getting off and we would have a new server which was fine. The service started out slow but improve I ordered the longhorn cooked medium. When I received my steak it was cooked well done. The server came back I told her the problem and she was very apologetic and to the steak back in the meantime my son and husband had finished their steak and ribs. The manager Tamara Jones was talking with another table regarding a mistake they had so I waited til she was through and told her was going on with my steak. Her deamnor changed from a very lovely person to a very I don't have time for you. She was very Rude to me and matter of fact. She never apologized never came or anything. Management needs retraining

There on Sunday ate at the bar order ribs and chicken tenders waiter brought out the Ribs forgot the chicken tenders ribs was warm asked her to re heat them finally the chicken tenders came out which was chicken bites manager said they were chicken tenders so he brought me three more so now I am waiting for my ribs to come back when they did was not warm was cold didn't reheat just sit it back there I told the waitress where is the manager he would not come out to speak to me Chaz was the manager on duty

Excellent, the steak was medium instead of medium rare but still very good. My wife ordered the chicken Parmesan as usual and it was great as usual. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken, less calories, with the brussel sprouts and steamed broccoli. It all was mouth watering. My son's steak looked great as well and there were no left overs.
I seated near the kitchen, and our waitress rarely came to the table where I seated. She would pass the table and not acknowledge the table. It was 3 of us, and we had to ask other waitresses to help us. I wasn't pleased with our service. In addition, I did not know it was an up-charge for the Brussel Sprouts. I asked about it, and it was brushed off as it was on the menu.

Great steakhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly and my hostess was amazing. She never let me sweet tea get empty the entire time I was there. The chocolate pudding was enormous. I was warned and she was right. It's a family sharer for sure!

Everytime I come in, Long makes sure I’m extra tooken care of! Sometimes I don’t even have to order he just brings out my food before I can raise my head from my cellular device lol!! Fyi I literally order the same thing when I come in lol. LONGHORN Give this man a thousand raises ??. He deserves it. Thanks for being the epitome of good customer service even within the emense pressures that us “hungry people” can put you under lol.
