I sent a review on the site already but I had to make another because I realized they only gave me 1 taco even tho I was missing 2. I love this place, forever my go to taco place only 2mins down the road from me but tonight I was disappointed in the service. I was ignored for 20mins just for a pick up order. All I needed was a forgotten item and when I tried to make it known at first the server just told me to take it and it was good but I counted prior the items but I trusted her until I got in my car and saw I was missing a whole order.. I wouldn't be upset if it was a quick fix but I was ignored for 20mins and nothing was even going on.. the server before even passed me 8 times and didn't acknowledge me. Her kid or one if the employees kids noticed me and tried to help me more than the staff,, kid was like 4. If it wasn't for the guy finally asking me what I was picking up, after I came back in the second time to get noticed, I would probably be ignored for another 20mins. Food that took only 10mins to make took 30mins to pick up. As a server I tipped becuz I know the work the kitchen puts in but I 1000% would've not tipped at all becuz of the service :( I'm so sad. Raved about the place to friends that came to visit and this happened :(. I'll post the video I took of me being ignored later

I will tell you, from the lack of customer service from my lady server, to my high expectations of a great authentic Mexican food, but it was a bust. I had ordered the mix fajitas and came out not sizzling, no shrimp I could find because everything was burned, cold rice. I had 3 bites, and when the server finally came , I told her my fajitas were burned. She offered to have another made, but time had passed, and I didn't want to wait again, so I ended up eating my husbands quesadilla, I asked for the check. I still got charged for the fajitas. Sad, I will not return to have burn fajitas ??

Si queres escuchar buena música y disfrutar de un lindo ambiente para pasar con tu familia o tus amigos. Louie’s is the one! The food is delicious and fresh! Samantha is super friendly and nice! We can’t ask for better service! I went with my whole family and we enjoyed every minute there! One more thing if you want to share some good pictures on Instagram you will get good ones on Louies’s Taco Shop & Bar Nashville!

Decent menu options with a unique push button for food, ring bell for beer service system.
I got Fajitas, not brought out on a sizzling trivet, but, overall, tasty. Portion sizes were good and our food was piping hot when it came to the table. My friends got the California Burrito and Quesadillas and they enjoyed them.

Visited for the first time today. I ordered the Birria taco and a fish taco. The Birria was fabulous and the the fish taco was Else mediocre. The house margarita was great!! Service was not good! I was there about 1:00pm as and they were not busy. Service was slow and they overcharged on our tacos. When I brought to their attention, they didn’t seem to understand. They actually brought a little device out to the table and told us if we need a serviced to hit the little device and they would be right there. I tried this many times and no one came to help. Without trying different dishes and comparing to other Mexican restaurants I would say, they need to improve customer service and secondly update their menu to include combinations. They have kinda of a good thing going but not quite hitting the mark!

We tried Louie's Taco for the first time. As I used to live in California, the tacos are spot on. They are well prepared. The birria taco and the broth were delicious. The service was great. Our server Charlie was very attentive. I think the decoration can be rearranged and unified a little more. I love the music playlist too. They should redecorate their exterior store sign to match the internal flashier deco. Because of where they are located, they should do more on their store front (with LED light, color, real store sign) to get noticed.
