Very good biscuits. I just ordered 1/2 dozen and 2 patty sausages. When I left and got out of there I realized they didn't give me any jellies or jams but the biscuits were so good.

Had a great breakfast of eggs, pancakes, country ham, potatoes, and biscuits. We will start with the country ham and I must say the salty sweet was a perfect combination, soo delicious. Biscuits with strawberry and peach preserves were mouthwatering good. The pancakes were delicious tops with warm syrup. Service was exceptional. This place was recommended to me and did not disappoint.

My Best Friend brought me here for breakfast after an early flight and the server was very warm and accommodating. The food was delicious and that do not shy away from the amount they serve. I actually had to ask for less biscuits. Imagine that, asking for less..lol but I did. The waitress was just as warm as thoughs biscuits and as sweet as thoughs jams they serve. 100% Must have while in Tennessee

A fun visit for what it’s known for. But being truly honest the food was mediocre with the exception of the biscuits. They are as good as known for and jams were delicious. But our fried chicken lacked flavor and was overcooked, small pieces and dry. The caramel sweet potatoes just seemed like they had apple cider added. No hint of caramel flavor at all.

VERY busy, popular place, but only a short wait for a table. Order breakfast or dinner all day. Biscuits are amazing ... soft, delicious with butter and HOMEMADE jams. Yum 😋!!!

Lovely stop outside of Nashville. If you want to get out of town and feel like you’re in the country, come here! Lots of great country food, which made eastern NC folks feel right at home, all cooked right. The biscuits are a highlight and the peach jelly was so good we had to stock up to bring some home. We enjoyed the country ham and Saturday brisket. My husband said the brisket was very tender almost like pot roast- but not to be compared with Texas brisket which is a whole other category by itself. The doors as you go in where like both of our grandparents houses, which felt nostalgic and brought a smile to our faces. We would definitely recommend.

Great food and amazing service!! Chaz was a fantastic server and really made my mom feel special for her 70th. The buscuits were amazing and so was the chicken fried chicken. Also the Bloody Mary's were great! If we ever make it back we will definitely go again.
