Super bland. No spice or seasoning or flavor.

A step back in time with good wholesome food. Fantastic atmosphere and great southern hospitality.

Very disappointed. Famous for biscuits??? Pillsbury begs a deffer. Fried green tomatoes had no flavor. Meatloaf was far below what I expected, why bbq sauce on meatloaf? We will never go back!!!! A waste of money.

It’s was delicious. I dove so quickly into the food I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of it. The wait was an hour long so plan accordingly but once inside it was a delicious pleasurable experience

Servers are friendly. But young and a little forgetful. Gentle reminders created better/correct orders.

Fabulous cafe, very popular so be prepared to wait for a table. We had to wait only 20 min on a Thursday at 2pm but there is plenty of space to sit, inside under cover or outside too. We went to the cute shops behind the cafe whilst we waited which were fabulous.
The food was great. The fried chichen portion was huge! The complimentary biscuits were warm and delicious and I loved them. Being British, this is a novel food to us and one that I've fallen for during my USA trip.
Certainly i recommend dining here. It's great. Service was with a huge smile and restrooms were clean. Lots of free parking too. I've attached photos of the menu for your perusal. Enjoy!

It’s also a good place to go to have a country style served with something new way of presenting foods. This is my first time have this omelette in pulled pork. It’s good though and my husband also tried their ham combo meal.

Place is nice and welcoming, lots of costumers. Highly recommend.

This place is just one of those must go staples if you are in nashville. Worth the trek out there. Definitely get the sampler to try everything and the cobbler

Awesome service and delicious food, was not disappointed, cool little area with gift shop. Call ahead or wait maybe a bit during busy times.

I drove over an half hour and arrived to Loveless. I placed an to-go order with them at the front desk at 1501. I've placed several orders with them in the past and never had any problem. I paid for the food, gave a tip and sat down right in front of the two ladies working the front desk that I gave my order to. One of them was in training. I sat and waited patiently with my 98 year old mother waiting in the car. We were going to eat in the café but she was too weak to make it to the door. Hence me making a to-go order. After 1/2 hour or more, I go up to the counter and there it is, my bag with my name across the front. It had been sitting there for a while. I then had to wait for the girls to come back, they were in the kitchen, I guess, in order to get my order. I drove all the way back, 25 minutes only to find out my order wasn't complete. Loveless was not busy at all. I was the only one sitting in the waiting area. I call the cafe to let them know about my experience and missing the grits off one order. They told me I could come back and get a bowl. Are you kidding me? I told her no one let me know my order was up and its not complete. The lady told me that its the customers responsibility to check and see if the order is ready. I told them that in the past they always had called my name and brought it to me. She said again that their policy has changed. I told her no one instructed me to check on my order. I was not going to drive half an hour for a bowl of grits. My dinner is already cold, damp and nasty. I don't think that I ever want to eat there again. Poor customer service.

Went here as a kid with my grandparents and had to come back. We loved it here (no surprise there!) food was amazing and our server, Owen, showed us great Southern hospitality. Thank you, Loveless, for a nostalgic and delicious visit! E
