Ordered a 3-cheese chicken Alfredo with basil, they gave me a regular chicken Alfredo pizza that’s literally almost flavorless with all of 10 flavorless chicken chunks on it. Wouldn’t recommend.

If I could put no stars I would. I placed an order through Uber eats but wasn’t getting information so I was told to call the restaurant. When I did the lady who answered the phone was AWFUL. Very rude. & we didn’t even get everything we ordered. Plus the food was not even that good. Very worst pizza place in Nashville.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. Ordered food and paid with card. When driver arrived he said I need to pay cash. When I called the store back they acted like my card was never ran. Then started yelling at me to log into my bank and verify I was charged. My bank app was down for maintenance so I was unable to do so. Adam preceded to tell me that banks are open for 24 hours. Little did he know I work for the bank and they indeed are not open to discuss transactions at 11 pm. Extremely disrespectful and would never give a dime to this place ever again. Not to mention the salad was hot.

I have never been treated so unprofessional by a pizza place in my life. I paid with a card over the phone for delivery but when driver showed up he asked for cash. He asked me to call the store, which I did. I was then told that I needed to verify I was charged. However, my bank app was down for maintenance since it was late at night. Then a man named Adam said well you need to call them to verify the transaction. I told him thats not possible this late at night. He preceded to argue with me. Little did he know I work for the bank and know what my options are. Extremely rude and I would never treat customers this way. Im more than happy to pay for the food we received I just want to verify I hadnt already been charged only to have to deal with requesting a refund of a 2nd charge. Never will I ever recommend poor service and disrespect.

I could put up with the dirty building, the uninterested employees, and waiting an hour for a carryout order--if the pizza was actually good.It's not.The sauce was overly sweet. The crust was limp, greasy, and undercooked, and the toppings were only in the very center of the pie, no where near the edges.

Incredibly underwhelming. I was hoping for a step up from the chain pizzerias in Nashville, and this was actually worse. Soggy, greasy crust, and toppings seemed less than fresh.
The mushrooms were overcooked and extremely greasy. The dip was col and just gross.

These people operate as “Dat Pizza Dough” on Postmates and show pictures of Detroit style pizza. Received the pizza in a box from this place and it was traditional style pizza, not Detroit. Pretty weird and scummy.
