Maggiano's Little Italy

A dear friend and I have been meeting at Maggianos for years now annually to catch up before the holidays. We choose Maggianos for the nostalgia and the consistency in food. Tonight was such a disappointment. From our table sitting in such close proximity the back of a stranger's head was in my view when speaking to my friend across the table. Less than adequate service. The bread has changed, and it's awful. You'll have to ask for salt and pepper since that's not put on the table anymore, and you'll definitely need it since the food is hardly seasoned. We ordered nothing new. It was old favorites. It was just awful. We walked 900 ft down West End Ave to Brick Tops to have a dessert and drink. Thankfully that salvaged our efforts in finding time to spend together. We will not be returning to Maggianos.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for my guests and me. Previously, I had an AMAZING experience. The restaurant was NOT busy, but we had to continually ask for things -- or find someone to assist us. I think our waitress must have been new because she did not have strong customer management skills. The previous time there, we had an amazing waitress, who kept everything running smoothly. Unfortunately, last night was a big miss.

We enjoyed our experience at Maggiano's. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Our waitress, Emily was so attentive and kind. We will definitely be back soon!

We went there to celebrate my birthday and it was wonderful! Our meal was delicious and those lemon cookies were tremendous! Don't ever take those off your menu!

Food was bland. Chicken served with fettuccine Alfredo was almost served at room temperature as if it had been prepared earlier before serving.

Great atmosphere for Date night. The food was delicious and the service was out standing 5🌟 all around!!

Maggiano's did not disappoint. Excellent food, good service, fun Italian restaurant vibe. The chicken parm, calamari, and pastas were all delicious. All dishes were generous portions. We saw most diners leaving with a to go bag. Don't be dissuaded by the idea of a “chain” restaurant because it doesn't seem like one. Will be back soon.

It was a great meal, the service was stellar, and the atmosphere was superb. Its a great place to go and enjoy.

The waiter was extremely polite and very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone interested in fine Italian food

We really enjoy Maggiano's. We only visit a few times per year but when we do, we choose the family style menu! Never disappointed with the choices and the service is top notch!

We ate here for the first time. We are from Knoxville and are always looking for a good italian restaurants. We found it online and thought we would give it a try. We had Erin for our server and she was great. She knew the menu and gave great suggestions for our meal. We have a motorhome and eat italian food all over the country and this is on the top of the list. Will be back soon as we are in nashville again

The waitress we had was awesome but that was the only thing that made it worth it.

If you are looking for authentic Italian this is not the place for you. We have been coming here for years for special occasions in our family but recently they changed the menu.

They have taken all our favorites (and frankly items they were known for) off the menu. The prices have gone up and the quality and taste of the food has significantly decreased. Nothing tasted homemade at all. I bet they have a freezer full of premade chicken and meatballs.

I doubt I will be back. Too many other options in town to eat overpriced mediocre food.
