Well, I chose this place for my birthday dinner with the family and was a little disappointed overall. First let me express that Kayleigh did an exception job in service and we couldn't have asked for better. She was personable and knowledgeable about the offerings. 5 stars for her!! Now onto what struck me as odd: The extremely limited menu selections The overall vibe regarding music selection The cocktails The extremely small portions for the amount charged The staleness of the desserts (we ordered all 3 that were offered) Being hungry after having cocktails, allergies, entrees and desserts I had such high hopes for this immersion Alive in Wonderland experience, but my "unbirthday" was a bust. :( It makes me even more sad to post a negative review, which I rarely do. 3 stars for trying with decor, but missing the mark.

The food was so good, easily the best grilled cheese I've ever had. The fries tasted like Arby's curly fries so good! Two of my friends got the burger and loved it! The service was great, our waitress was so sweet and on top of it with perfect timing for everything. The restaurant is so cute with the Alice and Wonderland theme, we loved it! Very reasonably priced for downtown.

We went to the Down the Rabbit Hole (Alice and Wonderland themed) popup restaurant. The decor, menu names, and themed dessert presentation was beautiful!

This place is Clickbait. All of the food was bad, we sent some back, the replacements were worse. I’ve had better food at the airport. Cute idea and servers were nice but the kitchen is obviously a disaster.

Horribly slow service and they have a really weird tacky Alice in wonderland theme going on. The restaurant was super dark and food was only ok. It was empty in there and it still took about 40 minutes to get our food.

I went to dinner with 3 other people, 3 of us shared a dozen oysters while the 4th person did not. The next day those of us who had the oysters were violently ill, one having to miss work because of it, while the person who did not have the oysters was totally fine. The rest of the food and experience was ok, but will not be returning and would not recommend due to the clear case of food poisoning.

We came here for high tea. The theme was down the rabbit hole. I hope Hailee is your server because she was very organized, focused, and enjoyed having her serve us. The food was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend the boozy tea. We got the Cheshire gin and the Twinkle twinkle little bat. Superb savory and sweet bites. You are allowed to take them home. We got the boozy tea and were able to have a pot of tea along with it.

Did not like the pop up concept. Was not well advertised as we thought we were going to an Italian restaurant per their photos.

I loved the Blue Caterpillar Cocktail. We started with the Oysters which were great. For my entree I had the Duchess Pork Chop, and the Twiced Fried Rosemary Potato’s. 10/10 would recommend those dishes and cocktail. Thank you Kailey, you were delightful.

What didn’t we like? It was fun to “stumble” onto the entrance, the food and ambiance was amazing, the queen of hearts bar attached was perfection. We definitely want to thank our server Priska who made the experience top notch. She was friendly and open, great with suggestions and so pleasant! All in all, worth checking out and enjoying!!Parking: Not restaurants fault but the valet at the attached hotel is ? I would say non existent except they have a sign…too bad cause it would make it the perfect place to stay for a fun downtown weekend.

Walking in we felt like Alice. The atmosphere was very whimsical. The food was amazing from the beef tartare to the dessert. Service was lacking though. My husband was brought the wrong drink when he reordered. The manager walked by our table and other tables numerous times without even acknowledging anyone's table just the table behind us who apparently ordered a very expensive bottle of wine. The way the manager fawned over that table made it seem like everyone else's money meant nothing. Then the "gentleman" who was to validate our parking was rude and didn't know his duties. Unfortunately the service did not live up to the food. Being a cafe owner I realize good service in the food industry starts with management and that was obviously lacking. I don't care how much money a person spends in my cafe I treat all of my customers the same.

Bartender was drunk. Glass was in our drink. Didn’t accept coupon because a certain portion of the restaurant was “not part of the actual restaurant.” Also another family was stuck in the elevator when we came in. I hope they are okay.
