I’d definitely say I’m lucky because I’ve been able to attend several of these pop up events and they seriously never fail to impress! The food is always fresh and made with incredible, local ingredients. Chef Josh always comes up with the best concepts and I know there will always be something on my plate that will make me smile like fat kid big (I’d dare to say EVERYTHING). Love, love, love and always look forward to El Leon Dorado pop ups!!
