Picked up a pumpkin pie at Kroger & absolutely the nastiest I've ever had. The way too strong clove stays in your mouth long after the last bite. Pumpkin pies aren't complicated, but somehow they found a way to mess this up. I'm not picky about pumpkin pies & normally enjoy store bought just as much as homemade, but I would recommend any other, generic brand or even frozen over this.

The pie fillings are tasty, but the pie crust recipe being used, ruins the whole pie. Definitely not the same original recipe.

Chess pie doesn’t tast good it’s sweet but doesn’t taste anything like a chess pie I’d recommend staying away from this
