Mar & Tierra Mexican Grill and Mariscos

Went here for late night Mexican and boy was it tasty! Fresh ingredients, served hot from the kitchen super fast service. Chicken fajitas were the bomb. Salsa with chips so perfect. Large menu. Festive outdoor area, playing Mexican music at a moderate level but still had great convo. If you're looking for a quiet fancy place this isnt it, more dive hole in the wall. Yummy, authentic, highly recommend!

Food was not that good I live up the street and I'm hungry but I rather make a sandwich before I waste my money

The food is amazing. If they ask if you want it spicy, they are not kidding. It comes with heat. The service is good and quick. The molcajete is large and should probably be ordered for 2 people to share. It is very good though!

Tried this spot with my wife tonight. I had the Chile Verde and she had the Supreme Burrito. Chile Verde was 3/5 because it was warm when it got to the table. The burrito was a solid 0/5. The plate was hot but burrito and its contents were cold. My wife gave me a bite of it and I NEVER spit out my food but just had to into my napkin. Cold shredded chicken that to me, tasted spoiled. I returned it for here and got 3 street tacos. Those were great! Service and atmosphere were good and our server made it right and we appreciated that. However, we won’t be dining here again. If a bite of something makes me gag I won’t patron the establishment again.

Parked at the love's hit goggle and it gave me this restaurant, truckers it's walking distance from love's great service and food A1 my waiter Andrea and she's sweet and pretty

Meh. Mostly flavorless food.. “carne asada” on my taco was chewy bits of bland meat (rather that strips of steak). Tortilla chips had no salt , salsa had no seasoning.. just canned tomato-flavor. Margarita was definitely a pre mix, with little or no alcohol.
Not much ‘love’ in this food I’m afraid.
The shrimp on my other taco were ok, so… maybe stick to the ‘Mar’ and not the ‘Tierra’ ?
Or better yet, find a better Mexican restaurant.

They have nothing of kindness with the clients the service is pathetic, especially that of the manager, manager or same owner, in short, I would not recommend this site at all according to my experience.

My family and I love coming here this is definitely out spot for Mexican food. The entrees we order never miss!!! The owner is always sweet to my little boy and surprises him with something when we come. We’ve celebrated many birthdays here and will continue to do so.

Absolutely love Mar & Tierra! The staff is wonderful, so kind and happy! The food is fire, the al pastor & asada tacos are amaaaazing. Love having this little spot in my neighborhood!
