My whole family was treated like an inconvenience. Terrible customer service. We were rushed through our orders and a few of us didn’t get asked if we would like any mix ins. Had a bad experience a year ago and thought I would give this place another chance. I should have thought twice!!

To the very kind worker lady who suggested I put yellow cake in my birthday cake ice cream and then proceeded to make me the most delectable ice cream cone I have ever experienced in all my days: May your pillow always be cool. May you miss every red light. May you find a $100 bill on the sidewalk. May you be given the keys to the city. Bless you to the moon, WILL be back xoxoxo

asked for a malt shake and the woman gave me a cup of ice cream scoops and said that was a malt and that i shoudve said i wanted a shake.

This was a very bad experience. The girl gave me two very small scoops of ice cream and then laughed when I asked why so small. This has been a favorite until now. I should have taken a pic for all to see. Last time there.

Stopped by and was blown away! The cheesecake flavor was incredible—so creamy and delicious. Staff was super friendly, and the whole place had a great vibe. Definitely my new go-to spot for ice cream!

Hey everyone, have you been to Nashville lately? If not, you're missing out on the BEST ice cream in town!

I recently stopped by the local ice cream shop in downtown Nashville, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight. Not only was the ice cream incredibly creamy and flavorful, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience.

The staff was great, but as another review said the ice cream was too warm. The two fruit flavors I got, peach and berry, tasted exactly the same. The options for ice cream flavors seem oriented to kids because everything is dyed bright colors. Maybe a good spot for kids for that reason, but I'm not sure they could eat it fast enough before it melts all over their hands.

I ordered a custom ice cream and I thought it was tasty! My boyfriend ordered a strawberry shake it tasted no different than a McDonald’s shake. The employee taking our order seemed annoyed with us taking time to look over the menu and not knowing what we wanted (it was our first time in this place). Also it was almost $20 for 2 regular sized ice creams I feel like it’s overpriced

Kid-friendliness: Very patient and helpful. Never huffed or made anyone feel rushed. I didn’t catch her name the day we went but she kept a smile on her face the whole time! We were there on Sunday 4/7/2024

Very well organized. Sat down to have a milk shake. And I watched a group of 10 to 15 people walk in .. and the manager Jason and his team member handle the group with politeness ..patience and professionalism. I was very impressed by how easily they handled all the different orders. . Great job !!!!
