I wanted to share this just so no one makes the same mistake I did when ordering my pizza. I chose the white sauce for one of my pizzas under the impression it was an alfredo type sauce. To my surprise when I ate my pizza I could only taste bread, cheese & my topping of bacon. When I called they apologized but said that they don't actually have a white sauce & the sauce that it is probably got absorbed by the bread so that is why I don't taste it. Needless to say I wasted $16 on a pizza I won't eat because it doesn't taste very good without a sauce.

"I’ve been to this pizza spot a few times, and I have to say, the day shift employees really know how to make a good pizza. However, my last visit during the night shift was a complete disaster. The pizza was poorly made, and I couldn't even finish it. It was so bad that I ended up throwing it away. What a shame!"

I like Marcos Pizza, but the last 5-6 times I have ordered from this location they were very very slow getting my order to me. This last time, I order 11/2 hours before hand. At time of delivery, it says they are constructing my pizza. Guess I need to find somewhere with better service. Based on my recent experience, shouldn’t be hard. To top everything off, I called to inquire about my order, was given a myriad of excuses including they only had one driver. I said it sounds like you need to hire some people. The smart azz little girl said, would you like to work. No, I wouldn’t. I have been working for 45 years and in my current profession for 34 years. Absolutely abysmal!
Edit: Not sure why the owner responded and requested that I fill out a feedback form so they could “follow-up” Never followed up with me. Another waste of my time. Guess they want to make folks that read these reviews think they actually care. 🙄

WOW! 😯 I'm so satisfied,the pizza bowls 🤤 are absolutely delicious!!! I had a philly cheese, steak, with butter garlic, and 😋 OMG it's a taste that you just never want to end and only ten bucks, win,win, situation with them, didn't upset my stomach or anything. Just garden fresh veggies and steak, absolutely loved every single bite💯💖

We usually go to this particular location once a week and it is all due to the Manager Brittney. She is always very kind and professional and she makes her customers feel welcome. I was a die hard Jets Pizza fan until we one day walked in and just decided to try it since Brittney was so very nice and I’m glad I did because the pizza is amazing and haven’t eaten anyone else’s pizza since So thank you Brittney and for that , I never mind spending my money there as we will oft-times dine in as well

Took 2 hours to deliver after being told 30 min. Completely wrong order showed up. The GM also said he had 8 drivers on the road and would not take any more orders, following that he said he was blocking our number for their poor customer service lol. Good luck with this place.

It’s 10:29 pm Wednesday June 5, 2024 Central time, this store is currently closed when it states closes at 11:00 pm on the website. I came in to pick my pizzas and wings. There weren’t any of the sauces as we requested nor did the employee bother to show the items upon picking them up. The wings weren’t cooked well done. I only go to this restaurant to get my food the way I like it to made and prepared therefore I expect such. This is bad experience for this store.

Used to love the pizza but had a terrible experience with an attendant today. Someone mistakenly took my pizza and when my dashers arrived they simply refused to make another pizza, which is completely senseless, as they handed my pizza to the wrong person to start with.
Not only that, but was extremely rude on the phone, lost a customer that had ordered 10+ times and was bound to continue ordering.
