The customer service is always excellent the energy is high and positive. Every time I’ve ordered from them my order is always correct. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know and I will continue to buy from Marco’s Pizza.
Vegetarian options: Just because they have a set menu the customer can always make the pizza they want. They aren’t like other pizza shops where you only have a set menu.

Did an online order tonight for half ham half cheese i got home and it was a pepperoni me and my wife do not eat pepperoni i called the store asking what could they do i talked to a kind young guy who said he could make it again i told him i was unable to pick it up so he insisted i send a picture of the order and he will make it again tomorrow, not even 10 minutes later i get a call from another guy he was very rude he stated “it is not the stores problem” i insisted i did an online order for a specific thing he replied stating “that is not my problem” very unprofessional and rude i did not catch his name but it was an horrible experience to be belittled and talked to in such way on the phone he replied with more terrible remarks that i feel are not necessary for this review but the food is great just bad customer service

I had a rather disappointing experience with a pizza delivery driver from Marco’s Pizza. The young driver, about 17 years old and driving a silver (subaru) sedan, exhibited unprofessional behavior during our interaction. After a small mishap at a stop sign, he responded by giving me the finger instead of handling the situation in a more courteous manner.
What stood out even more was his unwillingness to acknowledge his actions. It's crucial for those in customer service, particularly delivery drivers, to uphold a standard of professionalism and respect. I sincerely hope that the management takes notice of this behavior, as it tarnishes the reputation of the business. While I enjoy their pizza, this unpleasant incident has left a sour taste in my mouth.
