This McAllisters is laughably bad. As someone who used to work at a Mcallisters in college, it is insane to see one care so little about customer service. I ordered ultimate nachos and received a none of my jalapeños, sour cream, olives, tomatoes or anything that tops the ultimate nachos and received this bag with a grand total of 8 chips. When the staff was asked for more chips they said “we can’t give you more unless you pay for it. The rest of the order was cold and 15 minutes past the pickup time.

Never had a Rachel with no sauerkraut and barely enough dressing to taste. Was basically a turkey with cheese. Broccoli cheese soup was decent. Nachos were really good. Should have ordered 2 of those instead.

Below average customer service from the management team. I had a delivery for a company lunch and part of our order was missing (it was also delivered half an hour later than scheduled). I have been trying to contact the store for 3 days, but no one answers the phone. I also submitted a complaint online and that has gone unanswered as well. This was for a business lunch that I coordinately remotely so if I was not in another state, I would have gone into the store to handle this since they can't seem to pick up the phone. My company will not be ordering from here again.

I don't know whats changed at this store but it's come a long way in a short time. Last year I was all but accosted by someone claiming to be the manager because I asked for extra crackers. I guess he paid for them personally.
Same exact scenario and not only did the lady gladly help me out. She didn't treat me like a criminal.

Food was cancelled us to drive 30 mins to pick up. Manager was very concerned and fix immediately whoever answers the phone was a younger person who kept sending me back to corporate catering line instead of explaining why my order was cancelled and overall manager fixed issue. Recommend training for staff on handling phone calls or in busy times make delivery not an option. Kk was awesome

Both my sweet and smoky chicken sandwich and broccoli were very tasty, while also being sparing enough on the barbecue sauce and butter to make it reasonably healthy. The service was also great. Highly recommend!
I could take the time Tom put this more eloquently, but as the kids say, this place was some mid. Paper thin bacon not proportionate to the turkey/lettuce ratio. Not enough tomato.. the second tier of the McAlister club….was lettuce & two tomatoes that were undetectable, just like the bacon. I was excited to try this place. We liked the cookies…Underwhelmed.

Ordered DoorDash got the wrong food, called the restaurant, the acting night manager was no help, went to the store myself, he said he would remake my food. I was there for 30 minutes waiting for food. People that came in after me were getting their food before me. I’m not from this town or state, at the St. Thomas Rehab hospital with a family member. This was a terrible experience and I was treated terrible. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
