I am writing to convey my experience at the McCalisters on West end in Nashville, TN. This store has unethical practices. I have experienced and whitnessed store members, including the manager, choosing who to wait on and who to ignore, once they arrived to the counter, based on the color of the customer”s skin. Will not return.

Needed a salad. When I googled salads near me, this place was listed. Drove 20 minutes to get there because it said they don't deliver to me. Service was good. I ordered a chicken salad. They used deli chicken, which was really good. What left me unhappy was that the salad itself seemed wilted. 😥 and no blue cheese. Tried the Chipotle ranch which was good for a change. 1 salad and sweet tea was $18, which I felt was a little high. Overall, I would say it was Average, and not worth the 20 minute drive.

Spuds are huge! I had the black Angus spud which was piping hot with melted cheese. While seated in the comfy padded bench seating, I was asked frequently if I needed anything, customer service is good. Also, very happy that the to go box was a recycled paper product. I will definitely be dining here more often.

Extremely salty roast beef/au jus potato. The meat was fatty and full of gristle. Overpriced, low quality food with very limited parking

This McAllisters is laughably bad. As someone who used to work at a Mcallisters in college, it is insane to see one care so little about customer service. I ordered ultimate nachos and received a none of my jalapeños, sour cream, olives, tomatoes or anything that tops the ultimate nachos and received this bag with a grand total of 8 chips. When the staff was asked for more chips they said “we can’t give you more unless you pay for it. The rest of the order was cold and 15 minutes past the pickup time.

Never had a Rachel with no sauerkraut and barely enough dressing to taste. Was basically a turkey with cheese. Broccoli cheese soup was decent.
Nachos were really good. Should have ordered 2 of those instead.

Below average customer service from the management team. I had a delivery for a company lunch and part of our order was missing (it was also delivered half an hour later than scheduled). I have been trying to contact the store for 3 days, but no one answers the phone. I also submitted a complaint online and that has gone unanswered as well. This was for a business lunch that I coordinately remotely so if I was not in another state, I would have gone into the store to handle this since they can't seem to pick up the phone. My company will not be ordering from here again.

I don't know whats changed at this store but it's come a long way in a short time. Last year I was all but accosted by someone claiming to be the manager because I asked for extra crackers. I guess he paid for them personally.
Same exact scenario and not only did the lady gladly help me out. She didn't treat me like a criminal.
Who knew this was the secret to repeat business
