I couldn't help but feel that the employee at the drive-thru treated me with a touch of rudeness simply because I may have appeared to him as a some conservative white male. Regardless of whether I am or not, it felt like a subtle form of racism or whatever term you want to use by the demeanor of the employee. Maybe I'm mistaken by the entire ordeal but whatever it was, it was unsettling. Needless to say, I hope nobody is treated like that regardless of their skin color, period. It is just unfortunate that this location didn't uphold good manners.

Terrible employees at the drive-thru lane and payment window. They mumbled, didn't know if they had sundaes available, chewed tobacco, and tried to charge us for the wrong order. What a mess.

Drive through workers can't get simple orders right. I'm not one to usually complain about fast food but this location is ridiculous. I ordered 2 burgers, a fry, and a drink when I got to the window and paid they didn't put the burgers on there. I told the lady working at the first window she told me she didn't take my order rang me up for a whole other ticket and charged me for both. I was fed up so I wasn't worried about the extra 5 dollars I was charged on the other ticket along with the new one. When I got to the second window of all things I ordered a large sprite and was given a large Dr Pepper with my already messed up order. Don't come here for lunch it's a waste of time.

I have never been anywhere where the employees were so angry at me for being there. They aren't doing happy meals here they are doing sad meals :(

Worst McDonald's of all of middle Tennessee. They got my order wrong not once, not twice, but three times. I ordered a triple cheeseburger. They gave me a double TWO times. Then the 3rd they put bacon on it without asking me. And I don't eat pork. So at that point I just pulled the bacon off and ended up throwing away the sandwich because it tasted like pork. Definitely won't be back to this McDonald's ever.

This is actually a good place for coffee and wifi. Just a heads up however... when you order your coffee at the computer screen then head for your table, they will NOT bring your coffee to you. You still need to go pick it up after 15 minutes or so. Outside of that small detail, I really enjoyed my 2:00pm visit.

Poor a** service. Like you sit there and place an order for a drink and they make you wait 30 minutes but yet get a family who ordered damn near half the menu all their stuff in under 10 mins.

Betty Walker this location McDonald's the same employee from the other night was there we had an altercation again she threw ice and to my car and catch up at me and my son I want her fired I am not a dog no one is going to throw anything at me and even the manager was laughing thinking everything is funny not okay I need someone from corporate to contact me immediately 615 600-6450
Don't waste your time coming here at 4 o'clock in the morning expecting to get some breakfast or something to start your day off before going to work this place is definitely not 24hrs so don't expect them to be open past 11
