I never thought I would write a review for McDonald’s but this location is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. The fries are always crispy and hot, the hamburgers are always fresh with perfectly soft buns, and the Diet Cokes are always crisp. My orders are always correct and the people who work there are so kind. If you are craving McDonald’s in Nashville, this is the location to go to. I personally go out of my way to this location whenever I have a craving.

My experience at this location wasn’t the best after placing an order on my lunch break then waiting on it for 15 minutes then when I ask for a refund I get told no. Then the manager proceeds to take pictures of me for no reason

What happened? if you can't assemble a cheese burger the way it has been served for over 25 years you need to stop selling cheese burgers and give up worst location in the nation
Started off great with the rude worker at the speaker. This is apparently what 4 nuggets look like now. Glad they gave me my buffalo sauce to go with it 😊

Service was horrible. Trying to get an order taken and the attitude was too impatient to wait on us to look at their menu. We left.
If they rush in taking our order. They probably rush in getting our food prepared and who knows how bad it would’ve been.
Glad we didn’t stay to find out.

The afternoon managers are not aware of all the promotions that the chain offers, it may be that if you go to claim a promotion, they will not accept it.
