Everything about this store is bad. Always messing up never correct. I ordered a peppermint iced mocha and it was litterly coffee,cream, and peppermint flavor, no mocha, no whip cream, no nothing, no sugar. My husband always gets cold fries every time he goes their. They have a big problem not putting items in the bag. This place is never busy. I would rather go to another location then this one.

No hair nets, no gloves, touching their phones then touching food. They left the store multiple times and came back in. It literally looked like random people were going in the back. I also had to wait over 10 minutes for food. The manager needs to fire these terrible workers and the department of heath needs to do an inspection. Terrible terrible experience.

Ordered on the app the fries were old and soggy. Then I had a game piece from monopoly did the rewards in front of management because I didn't know how to use it , it appeared and when I went to claim my food it disappeared. The manager laughed at me and said sorry for your luck. Absolutely rude and uncalled for

Third time now I’ve let it slide in the last 4 days as being naut hanging around that I found on top of my eggs second time was in my milk shake today it’s in my coffee so now I’m seeing it as being unclean or sanitized properly can’t do it no more
