I’m not usually one to write reviews like this but I needed to. I just visited this location this evening and was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and quality of food. I ordered a bacon McDouble, large fry, large sprite and a McFlurry. When I received my McFlurry it was only half full and maybe a few m+ms. My soda had 5-7 tiny ice cubes in it, my fries were half full and my burger was smashed together. After working a 8+ hour shift doing hair I just wanted to spoil myself with my cash tips and it was extremely disappointing. If I’m paying almost $20 for a meal now I really hope I can receive one that’s worth my money.

I have to say and highlight that the treatment they gave me was 5 stars and more, the lady who served us (María Garza) was super nice, very kind and helpful. Super attentive, with those of us who were already eating in the living room. I wish everyone were like her.

Just go further down Murfreesboro Pike before getting to Briley Pkwy there is a clean, non-ghetto McDonalds with way less attitude problems

ZERO stars to the fifth power for every single category!!!! This store is the absolute worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever visited! Food was horrible and took 31 minutes! When the food was returned the staff just stood there and didn’t know what to do. I paid for xtra everything and didn’t get it! The manager actually said that customers pay for xtra everything no matter what! The staff wasn’t trained and the manager wasn’t either! This food was horrible as if they use different food than normal McDonald’s! Everything about this place was certified AWFUL!!! And all of the tables were filthy and the staff member handed me a towel to wipe the tables that I needed! Unbelievable…
Parking: Parking was the best thing at the restaurant!
I went to the drive-tru and as soon that I got close to the speaker (the guy that was doing my order) gave me attitude… Even with the attitude I still tried to order a strawberry milkshake and a large fry… the person that was doing my order give me attitude one more time saying that the machine was already off… Is unbelievable the energy that this guy had to make me leave the drive-tru and go home. That’s my first time doing a review and of course for a bad reason…(The menu it was saying that they had the milkshake available for that time) guess they didn’t want to do a milkshake for nothing. all that was around 22:00 to 23:00 11/22/2024

THE STEAK EGG CHEESE BAGEL WAS TERRIBLE THE GREASE RAN DOWN IN THE BAG AND IT TORE OPEN. TRYING TO GET ORDER COMPLETE FROM 2ND WINDOW WAS A NIGHT MARE. THEN THEY STOPPED COMING AND WE HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE TO GET THE ORDER COMPLETE. WINDOW LADY HAD ATTITUDE LEFT WINDOW BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE DIDN'T GET ORDER RIGHT ANOTHER LADY CAME.
