THE STEAK EGG CHEESE BAGEL WAS TERRIBLE THE GREASE RAN DOWN IN THE BAG AND IT TORE OPEN. TRYING TO GET ORDER COMPLETE FROM 2ND WINDOW WAS A NIGHT MARE. THEN THEY STOPPED COMING AND WE HAD TO GET BACK IN LINE TO GET THE ORDER COMPLETE. WINDOW LADY HAD ATTITUDE LEFT WINDOW BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE DIDN'T GET ORDER RIGHT ANOTHER LADY CAME.

It would be much appreciated if management and staff could at least say thank you and make eye contact with you...
Customer service is not a thing of the past and we shouldn't accept anything less.. whether it be McDonald's or the gas station.. or dining at an upscale restaurant.
