Only open for online orders only when you’re by the hospital and the interstate had to drive an extra 30 minutes to get food that’s discriminationI in my book either hire more employees or close completely won’t be going there anymore while we’re at the hospital and there was about 6 other cars didn’t get to order at that location while I was there

My husband was in the hospital nearby, so I came in to eat. They have a "a la carte" menu, and I was able to order 4 quarter pound burger patties. Went back the next day and was told I could not order that, even though I ordered it less than 24 hours earliee

Fast service, Friendly employees, Plenty of parking. The store has an usual Entrance and exit. Don't know how to explain it. It's a little hard to get into the parking lot from the Rd. It's sorta like the restaurant was built in a remaining lot and was squeezed in! Other than that great experience and they got their stuff together. A+++

PLEASE turn down your music, it’s SO LOUD on the inside for 0 reason. I’m sure it’s a tactic to make people not actually eat inside cause there’s no reason it should be that loud. Never had a wrong order here and they’re pretty fast in the morning, but would avoid due to them blaring music inside to deter business.

Tried to use a coupon that they give everybody on the sales slip when you order something and it threw them into a tizzy I'm not going back but I don't guess it will bankrupt McDonald's.

Whoever owns this mcdonald's is losing money i watched your drive through. Let 3 or 4 cars drive off because they're not taking orders on their second drive through window. But they refused to put a cone out when I asked about it when I went up to the other window. I was met with smart remarks in very condescending tone. It's not the first time I've had a problem with this McDonald's. Whoever does the hiring process for this location does not do a thorough job because the customer service level at this location. It's god awful
Waited drive through for 20 mins and was able to leave a complaint with cooperate while waiting in Line smh

I was picking up an Ubereats order and some young black girl at the window started laughing uncontrollably when she saw me while handing me my order, no decent service whatsoever. The second time I came by to pick up a second order I tried to tell her I had a pick up order and then she walked off before I could even say anything. She went to talk to the gentleman with dreads, I’m assuming the manager, again laughing and joking for whatever reason. The man asks her what was my order and the girl says ‘I don’t know, I didn’t even ask’ I thought to myself ‘Yeah because you walked away, genius.’ The man was able to get me taken care of but this girl shouldn’t be working this type of job. She’s far too immature and unprofessional. I understand it’s McDonald’s but please teach these kids maturity and professionalism is a requirement. Walking off and/or laughing at someone’s appearance makes zero sense to me, please do better.

I just paid for my food on the useless app because it never gives the order number once it processes the receipt or rewards. So I ordered a chicken big mac and medium fries with my birthday reward and they refused to give me my money back or give the food I paid for claiming that the computer didn't work for mobile orders, word of advice SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD OF MCDONALD'S
