Ordered two chicken nugget happy meals with extra fries but they gave apples… asked for sprite and they were out and the ordered two number 1s the big Mac meal and they forgot my fries and drinks and said they didn’t put it in the system. This was the drive food window last night. They took my card to charge me extra for the food they already charges me for but supposedly forgot and then they slung me my food. And expected me to drive off but I sat there and had to honk my horn because they didn’t give me my card back… and when the girl came to the window she was like Omggg what… I said o need my card back… she was very rude the manager was very rude… and the ice cream machine doesn’t work …shame shame on a business

My fries were almost too cold, my sandwich was warm. My food was to go, no offer for katsup which is typical. I love McDonalds but they need to make sure food is fresh and hot!!

There is almost never anyone available at the front register, which is frustrating for customers who don’t know how to use the kiosk. Someone should consistently be there to take orders and assist guests when needed.
Additionally, it should not take 20 minutes to prepare a small cup of drip coffee. The manager on duty really needs to improve the store’s organization and overall efficiency.

Went though for just a drink and was given the wrong item. I drove back through and politely explained the error. The guy sent me to the 2nd window where the girl was extremely rude. She argued with me that the order was right (regarding ice) when I again corrected her. To give me the 3rd try, she shoved the drink through the window snapped they couldn't take it back for the one she just handed me, and walked away without another word. I was stuck with 3 drinks and 2 cup holders so had to awkwardly dump one of the incorrect ones from the drive thru. Add that it was slow service and hard to get in and out of and this location is a pass.
Update: feedback link gets a page not found error on two desktop browsers and mobile. Ridiculous.
Update: I was asked to give feedback on their website. I tried. I am required to enter a store number. I did not receive a physical receipt. The receipt in my app does not show a store number. The website locations does not show a store number. I called the phone number twice and there was no answer. I am unable to give feedback without the store number, even though I have the address. Original review: I ordered through the app with drive thru option, got my code, they couldnt find it. My app changed as I was showing them and told me to pick a table. There is a bug somewhere. I could not eat my mccrispy chicken biscuit. I know chicken is stringy but I am almost certain this chicken really had some type of string in it. I could not pull it apart without some major strength behind it. When I tried to bite into it, I could not. It was so rubbery and stringy. I never got one bite in. Oh and the biscuit was burnt, a very very dark brown and tough also. I give up giving chances. I received a pretty raw Quarter punder with cheese during their ecoli issue. Someone from corporate asked me to send my pictures, only thing the email name was from a no reply address. Sent them anyway and no response since. Going 10 mins out of my way next time to Hardees. I dont eat out alot anymore but food like this says dont come back. I am not loving it nor my wasted money.

Today I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo and a Snack wrap combo thru drive thru. Fries were hot. However, the chicken sandwich was rubbery and the bun was stale.
