I have never had an issue with any McDonald’s that’s why they are my go to place. The service here was awful. As soon as I got my food it was cold and seemed to be made in a rush, even though I was one of three in the building. I waited at the front for 15 mins before who I assume is the manager just said no, waived her hand and then turned away and continued to ignore me. At this point I didn’t even care about the refil I just wanted a to go bag. After another 10 mins Deborah gave me a refil and a to go bag. I will no longer be eating here. They don’t have a refil station if anybody asks why I don’t fill it myself. The food was editable at best and the service was horrible. If you want to dine in and want to pay for a drink and not get a refil this is the place to eat at. Unless you get lucky.

This particular McDonald's has the absolute BEST sweet tea! I've been to all the McDonald's in Nashville and surrounding areas, and this McDonald's sweet tea is the best of them all! Their sweet tea is actually better than most upscale restaurants, in my opinion!

Overnight manager is a racist. Refused to give me my mobile order while repeatedly telling me it wasn’t there despite me showing her undeniable proof that it was. Proceeded to threaten to call the police on me and close the restaurant early and send away multiple customers who also had mobile orders all because she couldn’t speak English good enough to pull up my order.

I think we are ready to be fully automated. The employees do nothing that a robot can’t do. Went through the drive thru, ordered my food. Pulled around to the window where employees never greeted or said hello. Took payment handed my card then my food without saying one word. Robots can do their job. The employees certainly don’t want tot be there or even say hello to customers.
Food here is fresh, fries are hot, friendly service, fast. They are good about customizing food. I order fron the app which makes customization easier.

Alright I'm absolutely done with this is ridiculous I'm going to corporate!!!! Yall have consistently gotten my order wrong and I have been trying to be polite but tonight was ridiculous!!!!! Not only was our food cold an burnt it was also missing half the order!!! The manager was rude and disgusting I gave my receipt and asked for my order or for a refund but she has refused my order or a refund even tho I showed my receipt! I used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant and how this manager acted was uncalled for an ridiculous! All I wanted was a simple refund or the rest of my order. The fact I had to go to another restaurant just to feed the other half of my family is ridiculous. ITS NOT THAT COMPLICATED! I will be going to corporate I wish I could give this place a 0 stars it is not family friendly and the quality is very poor I really hope others be careful when choosing this place ... I'm deeply disappointed in this industry.
