Update: I was asked to give feedback on their website. I tried. I am required to enter a store number. I did not receive a physical receipt. The receipt in my app does not show a store number. The website locations does not show a store number. I called the phone number twice and there was no answer. I am unable to give feedback without the store number, even though I have the address.

I ordered through the app with drive thru option, got my code, they couldnt find it. My app changed as I was showing them and told me to pick a table. There is a bug somewhere. I could not eat my mccrispy chicken biscuit. I know chicken is stringy but I am almost certain this chicken really had some type of string in it. I could not pull it apart without some major strength behind it. When I tried to bite into it, I could not. It was so rubbery and stringy. I never got one bite in. Oh and the biscuit was burnt, a very very dark brown and tough also. I give up giving chances. I received a pretty raw Quarter punder with cheese during their ecoli issue. Someone from corporate asked me to send my pictures, only thing the email name was from a no reply address. Sent them anyway and no response since. Going 10 mins out of my way next time to Hardees. I dont eat out alot anymore but food like this says dont come back. I am not loving it nor my wasted money.

Today I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo and a Snack wrap combo thru drive thru. Fries were hot. However, the chicken sandwich was rubbery and the bun was stale.

McDonald’s removes drink machines after remodel. When have you ever asked McDonald’s for a refill? You have to now, and hope no one spit in your drink. Well done

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. On top of that I watched multiple people place orders after me that got their orders before me. It was a small order too.

Poor customer service -rude. Also had an issue previously with the lobby not being open when it was supposed to be. It isn't so much that it wasn't open that bothered me, it was the lack of consideration of customers by not putting a sign on the door.

Ordered through the app before closing and arrived before closing but the employees stopped operating the drive thru before closing so I never got my order. Even when I pulled up to the window before closing to request my order (which was just a drink) they refused to fulfill my order.

NicoThe manager that was working at 4:15 today. Was rude.. She refused to give me her name. Had to get it from employees. Don't appreciate customer at this location. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT...
