They started allowing panhandlers to hang out in the restaurant and bug paying customers as they eat their food. It's shameful how this McDonald's has fallen so far from its glory. Used to be a great location, I've been shopping here since highschool at mcgavock. I'm 27 now. Over ten years not one disappointment until this year and month with their new "management". This isn't the only issue, just the only one I care to address as it can be proven on their surveillance system. You've been warned :)

They were short handed and bathrooms were beyond nasty and the dining room was filthy, trash was also overflowing...food was great though.
Came in for some breakfast. I think I was almost about to be waited on, but another employee came over to show something very important on their phone to the person I mistakenly thought was going to wait on me and I didn't want to intrude on something so critical, so i left. I know it's my fault and I should have used the warm, friendly, and very personable kiosk, but the last time I used a kiosk at a McDonald's my order was left on the counter for "I'm not really sure" how long (according to the person behind the counter). So I'm stuck with a dilemma: do I avoid this one in Donaldson and the one on Church St. in Murfreesboro or should I just never bother with McDonald's altogether? I'm not really loving it.
