Extremely rude employee getting customers irate after people stood in line 10 minutes and then told them they had to use the kiosk and raised his voice at customers. People walked out livid without ordering food

I work nearby and have had more than one bad experience at this location and today was on par to what i've experienced in the past. Ordered a Double Cheese Burger & a Medium order of fries, with NO special instructions, through the app. First, i pulled up to the double drive through with no other cars behind me & waited about a minute. The another car pulls up to the second drive and i hear the guy take his order first. He then comes over the speaker to me and i give him the code for my order. After waiting in line for about five minutes, i get my order and i should have checked my bag but didn't and drove back to work. I get there sit down to eat and opened the bag. Inside was the double cheeseburger COVERED in MAYO and KETCHUP. I hit caps for that because it was an INSANE amount of that stuff. To top it off the fries were cold too. Again, this is not the first time i had bad service, order was wrong or the food was just awful. Avoid this place at all costs! I'd give zero stars if i could.

Food is usually good this location McDonald's is the worst location location as far as speed and how long you have to wait for something every time I go to this McDonald's I wait 30 minutes at least once I went just for a mcchicken and waited 25 minutes. And when you go inside and you wait at the counter the employees always act like they don't see you.

Women at the window didn't put the coffee lid on probably and when she handed me the coffee it spill all over my hand burning me bad and spilled in my car and on my car spent 15 mins cleaning the coffee never got a replacement and no way to call the restaurant and spoke with a district manager who called me back after we days not I'm sorry not come get a new coffee not a car wash nothing offered me nothing at all I was burned and had the wipe and clean my car for over 20 mins and she says will take to them
