I had encounter a error where I place an order online and system was down , a lady refused to give me the food even though I have the receipt’s in my gmail , it happened Friday march 15 4:29 am

Lazy management and incorrect order.We ordered dine in at the kiosk because no one was at the counter.After waiting a long time the manager comes over and tells me to get the food. This sign says you will bring me my food.Asked for extra fries on the kids meal and got apples instead. Order again this time just a drink and Oreo mcflurry. Took like 10 minutes to get it and all they did was put soft serve in a cup with the Oreo topping on top. Also had a person bugging customers for money inside and outside of the store.
