Typing this as I’m sitting at the front register. Atleast 3 employees(Hispanic) has walked by me and has said nothing to me. One worker came from the back on their phone and didn’t acknowledge my existence at all. Will never return to this location.

The dining area was closed at 3pm on a Saturday ☹️ from Kentucky wanted to sit in.The food and service was Great! Fresh everything!!!!

This is by far the worse customer service ever!! If you are 24 hours...why do you have a 15 plus minute wait at 4:00. Shut the drive thru down and the place for 30 mins then stop letting people think they can order and they sit there forever wondering whats going on. Then the service is horribly slow and the employees are rude and cranky! It has taken over 30 to 40 mins some mornings to get my order and then the food. It seems that most locations that I go to put an excessive amount of water in the oatmeal. Apparently this is a standard amount that has to be put in them. I even went as far as to ask a manager to please just make it with a little less water and she said she couldn't so i ask for my money back. Customer service wise this doesnt make sense to me because it was just water. But she says she couldnt because of regulation. Please re- evaluate the amount of water you put in the oatmeal. It is too liquidy and a mess! You cannot eat it like this Its just like water! Now I not saying get rid of them by NO means but please put English speaking employees at drive thru!!! (NO MATTER WHAT RACE OR ETHNICITY) The misunderstandings are outstanding and can be annoying!
