Our coffee was bad. It hurt our stomachs. Mine was a Carmel late, and it was sugar milk. Two sips hurt my stomach. My husband's was a regular coffee 1 cream 2 sugar. He had chunks in his. It was bad taste as well and hurt his stomach, too. We have had lots of coffee from other locations and never like this! I asked for a refund, and they took our drinks back and refused to refund us! We were not the only ones with complaints. There were more than ten customers while we were there, and some of them came in from the drive-through about order issues.

Starting at the menu board I could tell that gentleman was already aggravated through his tone and we hadn't even placed order. After getting our order it was completely wrong and not only our order but the man in front got the wrong order as well and had to come back and walk up to drive thru window and there started the chain reaction of everyone having to spend extra precious time going back to get the right order.... I guess they were just having an off night

This so-called manager in the pink shirt with the stuff in her nose it’s most disrespectful, lying little thing that refused to fix an order that they messed up calling me out of name and trying to get in my 13-year-old daughters face, she was extremely rude and condescending. We tried to walk away from the situation and she’s crying. “Oh you’re mad ha ha ha call somebody" Like a child, insulting me and throwing stuff at me as I’m trying to walk out the door, trying her hardest to get me to come over that counter on her.. But as usual you complain, and they won’t do anything so we just won’t go there anymore.

This McDonald's Franchise needs to bring back the customer service and employees to take orders and give food. These Kinko machines, having to place our own orders, pay ect..is very bad. I will only be going to McDonald's that are old school. Not lazy.

I order food online on the mobile app , app did not have me option for the diet drink I tried, so many times but , No option , the lady in pink shirt She had something in her noise some kind of ring ! But No name tag, she was very rude , first she ignored me totally, Then I requested her for diet drink she was very rude and she told me No! What ever you Oder that’s it! What is that ????? Only thing I can’t have sugar regular drink , of gash these kind of people should not be working, at McDonald or any other place where they have to deal with people!
Try to order food on the kiosk, but apparently it wouldn't take my gift cards. So we told me to go up to the front counter so I did where I stood there for 17 minutes before they took my order. When I complained to the general manager. What was taking so long? She says while I needed to tell them I wanted to order. And what do you think I was doing standing at the counter? They served 5 people that came in after me before they took my order. The food I I asked for exercise and they just put that way too much. But that might have just been my fault. Manager very rude unprofessional and not educated in her job.
