Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service was terrible the employees had a bad attitude and were rude. They were speaking a lot of profanity among themselves, including the shift manager, thinking that customers wouldn’t understand because it was in Spanish. On top of that, the store was extremely dirty. Definitely not what you expect from McDonald’s.

You better be able to speak Spanish at this location. They're always running around like crazy, in a disorganized way, so the service is very slow, and it's super hard to communicate with the employees, because language is a definite barrier.

I have literally never been able to eat from this location; every time I have tried to order here, there has either been no one to take any orders for me or any of the other cars in line, or their system is somehow down. It just doesn’t make sense.

I don't like code for restroom systems poor customer service. What if someone has medical issues ?brand just guest money that's all.
The food was not fresh, the service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly. My order was not correct, and it took a long time to fix it. I hope they can improve their food quality and customer service in the future.

Very bad service, the people there serve in a bad way, they don't give you what you really ask for and to make matters worse, sometimes they charge you too much and if you say something to them at the window where they give you the food, they all answer you arrogantly in a racist way. Very bad Service. I won't buy there again and to make matters worse, they are the same Hispanics, those as if they were giving me the food, hateful people, they forget that they are paid for us, what we consume, otherwise not even the Work was bad. grateful😡🤬
