Really poor management at this location, got there at 5:11 am, was able to make a counter order. The manager said they were not open until 6 am even though the door says 5 am. Crappy franchisee.

Very bad service, the people there serve in a bad way, they don't give you what you really ask for and to make matters worse, sometimes they charge you too much and if you say something to them at the window where they give you the food, they all answer you arrogantly in a racist way. Very bad Service. I won't buy there again and to make matters worse, they are the same Hispanics, those as if they were giving me the food, hateful people, they forget that they are paid for us, what we consume, otherwise not even the Work was bad. grateful😡🤬

I placed an order today to pick up on my app, and I noticed that the address was wrong to pick up, so I changed it to the right address. As soon as I hit place order immediately it read pickup at the Harding place Mcdonald's. This was the wrong address to pick up. I called Mcdonald's customer service and told him what happened and he said he would email me a 5.00 electronic coupon and he lied because I never received it. I drove to wrong location to pick up the order through lots of traffic when I got there, my order wasn't ready, and when I got home and looked at what I ordered-2 Filet-O-Fish and fries I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The 2 Filet-O-Fish looks nothing like the pictures on the App. Both fish sandwiches I received was a dark brown color with a tiny bit of tartar sauce and Lo and behold the sandwiches had a 1/2 a slice of cheese on both. What type of company would put a half a slice of cheese on a sandwich. The French fries was so hard they wasn't edible also she didn't put napkins and condiments in the bag. To the Owners of this place stop sweeping these reviews under the rug and stop being dishonest to the customers. When you post pictures of how the food looks and when the customer receives it, the food is nothing like the picture. This is called False Advertising and it's against the law.

I used to be able to come through the drive thru or order through Uber eats and my food be close to perfection. The last few visits it's clear they are rushing.
Door dash order- kids meal had the wrong entree. Missing toy and drink. Mc crispy had 2 bottom buns, mc Chicken had 2 bottom buns. Big Mac was missing pickles and onions. - had to order again to get my daughters happy meal and slushy got only 10 dollars back out of 60 total spent.
Back to tonight in the drive thru- ordered nuggets and basket of fries with sauces a McChicken and a iced caramel macchiato with extra espresso. They forgot the drink and then made it hot. I told him it was iced and that it had an extra espresso and he said "I know" and proceeded to make it without the extra shot I paid for. I've worked at McDonald's. Many people have. The is an extra step for extra ingredients and espresso comes out in one shot at a time. I watched the whole process. I mentioned to him that they should take their time and slow down a little bit. I was ignored.
