April 3 2024, Ordered 2 Mcdoubles buy 1 get 1 for a dollar. They were both cold and dry very small amount of mustard and ketchup ,cheese not melted and no chopped onions ! Worst burgers ever were at least an hour old or more !!! Tasted like shoe leather,very dissapointed !!!!!

First and last time I'll be visiting this location. Received my food super cold with very soggy fries. And the shredded lettuce on my sandwich was extremely wilted and light brown in color. I'm sure hoping I don't get sick from the bite I took with it on it before I had to wipe it off my sandwich. GROSS ? huge disappointment, especially when you're super hungry and that was your lunch for the day....

This is the 2nd time in a month I have gotten a quarter pounder that is undercooked and pink center. Please cook your food all the way through you're going to get someone sick.
Too hot inside considering it’s mildly cold outside, music is blazing load with broken speaker hurts the ear so much. Everytime you go to the bathroom you have to call the staff to open. Napkins are rationed, no mayonnaise. Manager is not

Garbage app decided to reverse the location change, back to this congested hell of a location and wouldn't provide me with a means of canceling my order to get my money back. Save yourself some trouble and just never order from this location ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. This area of Nashville has been OVERRUN with non-English speaking people, and they're unapologetic about their disrespect towards their native peers. There was no one available to take our order, and once someone appeared from out of the back, they were unable to give us our total in English (the customer-facing register display was broken, apparently). When we asked for the restroom code, we were told "one hundred fifty." One hundred fifty, to an English speaker, translates numerically to 150. 150 didn't work. I went back up and told someone to come open the door. The individual that first assisted us, joined us, and was incredibly disrespectful- attempting to silence and correct me, while punching in 100-50. No, ma'am. This is not correct in the country you live in. Lastly, the automatic water did not work in the single sink in the ladies room. All workers are required to wash their hands after using the restroom. After posting this, I will be calling the Nashville Metro Health Department.

Been here quite a bit and never really had a problem. The opera music to deter homeless people is pretty annoying but comes with the territory. Got served this BARELY COOKED double quarter pounder after noticing way too late eating it in my dark room. I know it’s McDonalds but would expect my burger to be cooked properly at least.
