Literally go somewhere else. Just got food here from the app and couldn't pick it up thru drive thru for some reason, I come in to use the restroom and wash my hands - NO SOAP. Unacceptable in a restaurant. Picked up order and grabbing my drink - NO ICE. Open my food and it looks like a piece of rat poop on the wrapper. Immediately threw my food away. And to top it off, every single employee was rude. Go somewhere else!!

my favorite mcdonald’s in the metro nashville area. workers are always sweet, food is always fresh & the service is always fast. stopped by last night around midnight & let Candy, the sweet cashier working, know that i was super thankful to see they were open 24/7. always a pleasure spending my money with them!

Went in for breakfast the bathrooms were locked, and this was near the daytime. I asked if they could be unlocked they refused. They are impolite the managers worse the people that do the DoorDash and get treated like crap.
