The worst McDonald's I've ever been. My food was misdelivered twice. Though there were not many people, I had to wait for over 20 mins for my 5 dollars meal

First and foremost, I would like to say for the trouble of what is worth I feel like it is very awesome that is McDonald's establishment has a homeland security guard whom not only is there assisting and keeping all employees and the general public and McDonald guest whom commute the area of Nashville AKA Ca$hville safe not to mention we witnessed that this homeland security guard whom was fully vested and walking around helping keep the property safe was also helping assist the McDonald's staff by personally carrying out each mobile order just to make sure people seen the establishment was under security administration protection. Not to mention even though I feel it would be unnecessary to keep our McDonald's in Warren County Tennessee locked with a coded door lock requesting an employee before they let you into bathroom. However, I feel like at the Nashville location it's more of a safety protocol not to mention I feel like it helps keep the establishment from those who loiter and for what it's worth it helps monitor the protective safety of customers and employees. I also observed that the guard / home security land officer was walking each mobile order outside to customers he would also take the time to run any suspicious activity by cross-referencing it with the usage of a cell phone and his Wireless Dre Beats Air Pods just to ensure and look for suspicious tags and or see if cars were legally registered ect. Hands down we enjoyed our lunch after a drive to the St Thomas Midtown location in Nashville TN. We look forward to hopefully eating their again possibly when we return in February!! đŸ˜„đŸ€ŸđŸŒđŸ«ĄđŸ™đŸŒ

Closing from 11pm-5am when you're next to a major college campus and a major downtown area is ridiculous. Also, allowing beggars to chill by the drive through is insane. The last thing anyone needs after waiting 15 minutes for overpriced, terrible, unhealthy food, is the harassment of aggressive junkies. Do better before Elon Musk buys yall out too lol

I came in to a homeless person blocking the doors and cussing at me. I usually order at the kiosk but I went to the counter to let the manager know. I stood at the counter and three workers looked at me and walked passed me without even acknowledging me or greeting me. In fact, I wrote this out standing at the register.

My colleague, and I were hungry, but not the typical breakfast. So we came to the drive-through to ask a simple question “ Are they serving the five dollar meal?” She proceeded to go blank for two minutes. We left the line and went back in line. Asked the same question. She proceeded to do the same thing, and she had the nastiest attitude also proceeded to go to the next person over. I have no clue who it was but it was on 1/3/25 around 6:35am ish. I hope she learns to have better customer service. It was a simple question.

I went to this establishment one day doing Uber and they don't allow you to use the bathroom, because they are for customers only, we are supposed to be making deliveries from the establishment, they should be more considerate

I think how it’s crazy that at 11:30 in the morning when lunch is barely started. It seems like the fries were dropped around 10:30 and have been sitting there for an hour. They are so old it don’t make no sense whoever the people working on first shift should be ashamed of their selves. I worked at McDonald’s for many years. I always taught my employees if you wouldn’t eat it why would you serve it to somebody else? Seems like the employees either needs some more training or need a new job. then I just had to edit this post because I just got home and had ordered a McChicken patty plus a McChicken sandwich with no bread and they put everything in a bowl with mayonnaise and mustard on it. That is not at all what I ordered. Wow, I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s again for anybody from out of town there’s a McDonald’s about a mile down the street on Broadway. I would definitely suggest driving that extra mile to go to a better McDonald’s.

I came in this morning. I am from Johnson City and have been at Vanderbilt for a couple of days. Came to get some breakfast and I had to use the bathroom. When I opened the door to the lobby a girl was mopping and I said I hate to step on your floor and she was extremely rude and said your not using the bathroom. You have to buy food to use the bathroom which I was going to after I washed my hands . I said well I was going to buy I'm not now . She treated me as if I was homeless. Just for reference I am not homeless. I am a paramedic in Washington county TN . It's is absolutely awful the way she is treating people and looking down on them .
. So that management is aware she was a black lady with very long braided hair and she was mopping in front of the bathroom on 11/14/25 . Someone that is mopping floors should not be so judgemental.
