My daughter and I went for dinner. When we sat down eat. They didn't not put my daughters orders in the bag.The manager was un apologetic and avoiding responsibility. Which mad me more upset. She said if they give people free foodeverytime a mistake was made then they would be out of food. Huh? You just admitted you guys make a lot of mistakes. Poor people Poor customer service with no remorse.

I should of just went somewhere else first it’s how may i help you second i order a bacon, egg, cheese to pull off and see it doesn’t have bacon i turn around and they all at the window looking rude and then asked to see the receipt. Thankfully I screenshot all of my mobile orders to prove they messed up and then acted rude first off whoever the lady is in the playboy jacket needs to not be rude and since when is it okay to not wear a uniform this store needs some new people definitely wont be back

Honestly this has been an awful experience. My fiancée had just given birth to our beautiful baby and we decided to get something besides hospital food. So we order ahead and as I arrive in line I see workers yelling at homeless people who are just wanting a meal in their stomachs and this location blasts classical music to drive them away which is honestly disgusting and annoying. But I go through the drive through which takes forever to get to the first window telling the lady what I had ordered and my order number just to be told “idk” with a shrug of the shoulders and a laugh. So I get to the second window to be handed my order and told I didn’t order drinks and to tell my fiancée to check her receipt so I have to go BACK THROUGH THE LINE to show that I did order drinks. This 8 minute drive turned into an hour wasted for cold burnt disgusting food and flat drinks. Thanks for wasting my time and taking time away from my baby. Y’all are honestly pathetic

I had placed a mobile order. But the drive-thru code disappeared very soon. I talked to the manager, and I showed her my receipts that I had paid for my order, but the 4 number code does not show up. The manager refused to give me my order, so I lost my time and money. That was a terrible experience, and I will not buy anything from McDonald's again. Their behavior was horrible, and that act was like stealing your money without giving your order!

These criminals blast jumbled up classical music to keep homeless away — at a volume that you can hear half a mile away. I’ll guarantee you that if I blasted my music at this volume, I would get a notice from local law-enforcement, very swiftly.
