I wish I could give a review with no stars everything about this McDonalds is horrible Poor customer service ,Poor management,Poor Food quality All I had was three patties with no bun took over 25 minutes and not to mention my order said it was ready bc I ordered through the mobile app.I would definitely drive a farther distance to go to the other ones that I have been to bc I can promise you that you will get a way much better experience

On 2 separate occasions I've had my order messed up, either missing items or just completely incorrect order. About a week ago I went and placed an online order , I ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles. They have me 2 plain double cheeseburgers. Just this morning I went to get breakfast for my kids on my off day, I ordered the big breakfast platter , 2 burritos, and a chicken biscuit. My chicken biscuit wasn't placed in the bag , at $4 a pop , you'd think they would get the orders right. Also , my breakfast platter had ZERO eggs . Will never order from this location again.

Ordered a large mocha frappe watch her make 2 tells me to go to 3 rd window I did she brings me one that was melted and I said it’s melted she said yep and walked away

Don't ever go to this McDonald's around closing time!! My little brother just went through the drive thru to pick up food for our family and the lady took half the order and in the middle of finishing my order she quit answering him and after he said hello a couple of times she finally answered and said they were closed.They shouldn't have taken any of the order if they was closed! This is bad business and unprofessional. You either take the whole order or don't take the order at all.

Waited 26 MINUTES for 2 burgers just for them to get them both wrong(it had it right on the reciept but i guess they arent smart e ough to look at that). This place is a mess. Will not be returning and will tell all people I care about to just go somewhere else becuase of how often this happens here.

I was doing a Uber eats delivery driver today at 4:45pm the manager that is on duty in the blue shirt. Older lady never asked me what I needed never came up to the counter to assist me so I just stood there waiting for the Uber order to get called and whenever she was done with the order, she tossed it on the counter rudely and just walked off didn’t even wait for me to say anything never been so poorly treated in my life

Stopped on a Monday at 8:47 p.m. at the Old hickory McDonald's and the doors were locked and the lady inside came over to the door and I read her lips she was saying the restaurant was closed. it doesn't match the hours on the door or in the Google app

i honestly couldn’t tell you what’s going on with this location. every time it’s something new that ends up being wrong. this time we order on the app and when we get there , we’re handed a bag missing three burgers. we go back into the mcdonald’s to get it fixed and the burgers we bring back are completely missing any condiments but with the right label printed on it. as i’m writing this we also came to find that the quarter pounder with cheese we ordered ended up being something we can’t even find on the menu. see pictures for proof
