The McDonald's in old Hickory we get breakfast there almost daily but we tried to get dinner there the other night and there was this red head got mad because the doors were locked but we put in a mobile order you can not just end your order that way we tried to tell her but she would not give us our food because we walked up to the window and that made her really mad that she came out and tried to fight us like for real really

We got 3 burgers, all were raw... like completely raw. We went in to see if they could fix them, the manager Julia said that it was our fault, and that we had to specify that we didn't want our burgers raw... never had to do that before. She came back later on with our burgers, and said "here, these are WELLDONE" in just a rude manner. Never once did we get an attitude, even after she had hers before she even came to talk to us.
