They often, very often do not get your order correct . Have told over and over how to make something and it takes a couple times to make a single change. It's like when someone is in their first day and has never worked in food service in their lives. Sigh ... It's not that hard people.

Says it's open 24 hrs haven't ate all day and tried to go get me a burger I pulled in at 9:38 and they said they were closed and wasn't taking anymore orders. The other morning I bought a Frappe which is my usual and half of it had really large chunks of ice and couldn't even drink half of it. Something really needs to be done about this place!

POOR SERVICE!!!! If I could put a 0 i would. I paid for a few happy meals with 6 pieces and they gave me what they wanted to give me. Which was FOUR PIECE MEALS!!! They are ALWAYS over staffed and the job NEVER gets done at this location. They have Mexicans at the window who ACTS like they don't speak English and who rush you without you checking your meal. I will let EVERYONE KNOW DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!!!

It was a drive through for breakfast and yes it was a busy morning. But as always, McD did it's job and delivered lip smacking food and yes we were hungry too. Nashville overall seemed a simple city and away from the blitz world but let's see for how long. As the new streets or the redone streets are shaping well.Painting the new canvas.

Where the rest of the cheese? Now why would y’all think this is ok? This McDonald’s is by far the worst. Customer service is awful already that’s known for that but my goodness I was so mad DO BETTER OR SHUT THIS MCDONALD’S DOWN put CHECKERS we going be sick fooling with them

Ordered on app went to get it and of course came all the way home to find a hamburger missing not the first time this has happened but this is the first time we went back to get it. Had to wait an extremely long line and asked at the window if I could please get a small hot french fries since mine would be cold by the time I get home and they laughed and said the manager said no and he was standing behind them. They asked for my food was I told them at home my grandkids were eating gave them receipt showed him the time and everything that the water was placed. I go to that McDonald's at least three times a week I'm a regular customer and I don't believe that I should have been treated so unfairly for my time and gas for their mistake. It not hard to read a a screen that shows the orders for them to fix. I spent a long time being a manager at a restaurant I don't believe this is what you do to your customers. This is the worst McDonald's ever.

This place is normally really bad but we were so hungry we stopped and gave it another chance into our surprise the quarter pounder with cheese was actually really good. Usually the food is like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for too long and maybe had been sitting there since the beginning of breakfast lunch or dinner or whatever time of the day it was but the workers need to learn that they don't need to serve food to someone that they wouldn't eat themselves
