I came through the drive-thru around midnight and nobody answered the speaker. I pulled around after several minutes of waiting and didn't see a single person inside. Nobody came to the windows. I circled back around and waited longer without anybody answering. As I pulled off, another car pulled in so I waited to see if that car was greeted. Sure enough, a voice came over the speaker. I was shocked and just pulled away!

Food was disgusting. I order a hot n spicy mcchicken add cheese . When I got my food it look like the sandwich was sitting for a min. Couldn’t even eat it it was too hard . Then fries taste like they wasn’t done all the way .

The bacon double quarter pounder with extra cheese came out hot, juicy, and packed with flavor, a noticeable improvement from other locations where the burger can often be dry and lackluster. A very sterile experience. There are no people to take your orders. Instead you will approach a machine and do the job that somebody used to be paid for. This place is brand new and I suppose it is the direction in which McDonald's is heading. Screens have replaced cashiers and their own customers are subsidizing their workforce and I doubt that they are reaping any of the benefits of this.

I ordered 3 more hash browns and they only gave me 1, what a scam. Then, the sandwich was burnt. Do better!
Terrible service. Very slow. Orders are often wrong. If a customer complains the staff has major attitude. I watched 4 orders get messed up and when the customer complained they were treated terrible. My order was thrown together. Cheese barely made it on the McMuffin. Very disappointed. Everyone wants to live McDonald’s?
