This place needs to revamp their employee team because I come here atleast once a week and the drive thru takes 20-30 minutes to just place an order sitting at the speaker. When I pulled up to get my food tonight the lady in the first window didn’t even look at me and just handed me my ticket which was very rude. They also skipped my drive thru line I was in twice and kept getting orders from the other side. This is not okay and the service here is absolutely terrible. Do better. Management it falls back on you.

I don’t know if he is nickel and dime-ing everyone but if he is, that’s theft. When I got my order it was a 6 piece not a 6b. The level of lazy and unprofessional is unreal.

What can I say. I have never had a problem with this McDonald's. Honestly I think it's some of the freshest food you can get from McDonald's. I just got a steak egg and cheese McMuffin. And it literally was fresh off The griddle. Think it's been the best sandwich I've had so far. I personally recommend this McDonald's

Rude, unprofessional employees. Food is usually Old and cold. Don’t think I’ve ever had fresh fries from there, and I live right down the street so I’ve been there a few times. My fish sandwich is so dry. It was way overcooked. I know those fryershave timers on them. How hard is it to take the food out when the timer goes off? Is it a coincidence that you have that type of mentality with the employees when it’s in Antioch, I think not! I normally go through the drive-through because I definitely don’t wanna go inside that McDonald’s. I don’t know who the manager is at this McDonald’s, but you need to step up your game and maybe hire some people with some manners and that care about how they perform on the job. Compared to any other McDonald’s in the Antioch or surrounding Antioch area. This one is the worst for sure!

Food was fresh and hot the service was a bit odd, had to repeat myself about 4 times Everytime I added something to my order employees weren't rude but also not overly friendly more on the neutral/bored side. Got all my food but had to wait 12 minutes for my caramel frappe which wasn't even blended completely.
