Been sitting here at the drive thru for 20 Minutes waiting to place my order and I can see the staff inside but they refuse to take my order… sign says they are open 24 hours but yet they pick and choose when to serve guests… To edit: I finally got someone’s attention and the guy said his name was Diego and he was beyond rude to me. He got upset with me for wanting to order food. I explained I’m a diabetic and needed to eat so I didn’t pass out while driving and he mocked me. I asked for a managers contact info and he refused to give it to me. I normally would just let it go but this is not ok. I work a graveyard shift for my job and I would never treat a guest like this period. For any reason.
Also to add: the drive thru door has been like this the entire time.

I only eat here when I have no choice if I get off work late and they're the only thing available it's always cold always old so I always get 2 or 3 large fries no salt and a coke anything else and you might suffer food poisoning

This McDonald’s closes for random hours between 1am and 5am, but they never turn off any of the signs, so you can’t tell whether they’re open.
The staff is rude, they consistently leave food out of the order, get orders wrong, or just plain won’t take your order if you’re in the second drive thru line.
Just skip it if you’re looking for late night food.

The ice cream machine its always unavailable or broken (they always said that. And I know from fact that they always said that when don't want to used it because they don't want to clean it at the end of the day . Thats not fair for us

My order is pretty much always wrong. I'm not going back. Tried using the app this morning and she tells me my code doesn't work after telling her what it is 3 times. I asked for a big breakfast with cheese on my eggs and got cheese on my sausage instead. No silverware. She didn't even ask if I wanted sausage or bacon. NO CONDIMENTS for my biscuit. Good thing I took it home to eat.
2 weeks ago my roommate wanted to use his points for food and brought up a code on the app. By the time we got to the speaker, his code no longer worked. We tried refreshing the app but it wouldn't work. When he finally did get his sandwich, it was wrong. He always gets plain and there were condiments on it.
I've lived here for 13 years now and this location never gets it right. I won't be back!

Very bad service, I asked for a hamburger and a cold coffee, at the window, and just to give me the coffee, they made me wait 35 minutes and I still had to go inside to look for it and even so, one still can't ask for it, they get upset and they bother you. They make faces like they want to eat you, they really need staff who are responsible and who are kind to customers. I won't go back there even if they give me food for free.
