Very poor customer service
I was standing at the counter for about 4 minutes, clearly waiting to be helped. There was an employee right there, and even after I said “hello,” she completely ignored me — no eye contact, no greeting, nothing.
Only after she finished everything she was doing did she finally decide to assist me, without even acknowledging the delay or offering an apology. I understand that staff can be busy, but ignoring a customer who’s visibly waiting at the counter is unacceptable.
This kind of service makes you think twice about coming back. I hope better training in customer service is provided moving forward.

They took my order and charged me, I was waiting for 10 min and went to ask for my food and all of them were in the back talking and nobody was doing my order🤷🏽♂️

I ordered on the app at 9:50 pm. Had no idea they close at 10. $22 worth of food.
Get there right at 10. About 9:58 And they are closed. Didn’t get my food.
They didn’t bother to refund me or call or anything. Now I have to go thru corporate to get my $22 Back I assume.

The workers are slow and disinterested, we waited 20 minutes for two burgers and coffee! Apparently the local manager doesn't want to work or is simply incompetent!
Ordering something in those stores is better not ordering anything. The food came all messed up and did not come as it should. My order did not come complete. It is unfair to pay $44 and not receive what is expected.

Hey management remind employees that customers are what run the Buisness ie tell your employees to get off of their phones, especially when customers are present. As in all of the people that received their food while I watched got wrong items. If only employees paid attention to orders and not their phones. Just saying..

This McDonald's CANNOT get my Uber Eats order correct to save their life. I order an egg mcmuffin multiple times a week with 2 round eggs. I am having to put in a complaint on the missing 2nd egg so much that now Uber Eats will not automatically refund it to me. They've left out sauces that I've paid extra for and even the hashbrown in the past. WHY can't you all read orders correctly? I know there's only 1 individual working there solo when it opens but jeeze. It's ok if it's few and far between but it's at least 2 times a week.

Lousy and bad service
Extremely bad experience with a manager named Berta
Extremely rude, unapologetic,and at the beginning refused to provide her name
We arrived at 9:30 pm and they did not want to attend, the store closes at 10:00 pm. And there were 5 people who did not want to attend. Bad service and all they did was laugh at us. Shift Saturday night
I arrived to buy my order at 9:30 and they did not attend to me because they were already going to close when their hours are until 10 pm, terrible service
