The manager here is the most disrespectful individual I've ever spoken to. Called my wife stupid for being upset that they messed up the order. Then tries to tell me that my order is not at this location even though I selected the location and showed proof of the order location. The manager tells me that was fake and I'm a liar. I have the order pulled up in the app. Can not believe this service was horrendous.

Worst McDonald's I've been to this entire year. No receipts not giving cups for water. That being said I had to choke my dry cold McChicken and Stale cold fry's down with no drink. Avoid this location at all costs.

Boxes all over lobby with broken equipment on seats. No ice no cup holders no ketchup broken fryers took 30 minutes to get food ask if they had anything to dip fries in since they were out of ketchup and the answer was yes but you will have to pay for it. Please replace management here. I will not ever stop there

The store was in chaos, there was no coca cola available, I had missing items, which I didn't know until I got home, and it seemed understaffed. I do not recommend this location AT ALL.

I live right by this one. Every single time I come here they never open on time! Currently 7:15 and they are not open. This is ridiculous, now I'm late for work and hungry. Looks like a manager just dragging in. Smh
I ordered a quarter pounder meal, and because this store never get your order right I checked my burger before I left the store. Upon opening the box it was black grease on lid inside the box and all over the top of the bun. I asked the manager for another quarter pounder and she said it would be the sam way with black grease on it. I said that is unacceptable and she got rude and started talking crazy so I told her she rude and have bad customer service, then I asked every employee for the corporate manager number and no one would give to asked for my money and said no I have to wait until she got done try to fix the bun machine. I had to argue with them for 30-40 minutes to get kicked out. I had to cal the police and then she decided to give me my refund

it was a very bad experience I waited in line like forever and there was no other vehicle and no one said anything then a few minutes later a car pulled up next to me even I was there first the young man who was in Macdonald got the order for the car next to me then later after a while finally got back to me even that staff was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude.
