Walk in and no one at front register so use the self order kiosk. Cashless payment not working. Says take receipt to cashier but doesn’t print receipt. Wait 5 min for someone to appear at front register and pay. Wait 10 more min after that for food so ticket time was 20 min on a slow Friday night. Surely they got it right and it is fresh since it took so long… Kids meals had sauces messed up so had to go back and try to flag down a worker - the workers don’t want to make eye contact so they don’t have to help you. Sit back down and start to eat and they didn’t give us any of the kid drinks. Finally get the 3 chocolate milks. My burger was a burnt dry disk - shocked how dry it was - meat falling apart it was so dry. 4 star for atmosphere because there is an indoor playground with a lil girls bday going on which is wholesome.

The employees are rude!!! There’s maybe like 2 that genuinely greet you when you walk in. Other than that every time I go in there, they treat customers as if we’re a burden. Do better! It doesn’t not feel nice when we’re getting dry responses or no effort into making customers feel welcomed ! My order was missing a burger, which was the beginning of my order. I was kinda perplexed. Me and the cashier briefly discussed it, as to ensure I was clear. It was a plain burger. The manager re-did my entire order, making everything fresh. I appreciated that.

They serve drinks with no syrup for delivery order . The staff or the manager who is checking order should be more vigilant in serving quality. It's hard to verify if you order thou Uber . Unfortunately you have to trust the people working and when you don't have any aces in there places you loose out.

Honestly I would have expected more. I know things get busy and Uber orders can get confusing but within the past couple of months that we have stayed here we have had late night munchies and every single time there is an issue. It could be 9PM, 10PM, or 11PM. I kept thinking that maybe it was a one night thing but for 4 separate times for myself, family and friends when the food was ordered through Uber eats, the ice cream machine NEVER worked, the accommodations were never met, drinks weren’t given. I do genuinely think if you’re to order from this location do not order through Uber eats, and honestly don’t expect anything sweet because nothing is ever available. It’s a shame because I don’t think I’ll ever order from this location again even when we come back for a visit next year I would rather drive 10 min to a future location.
