it is always so hot inside. staff is very rude. the wait is forever long. they prioritize the drive thru above anyone inside. any sort of blended ice cream is hardly blended. a strawberry milshake should be dark pink all the way through. this place makes them mostly just vanilla ice cream with a ribbon of strawberry syrup. the oreo mcflurry is LITERALLY a cup of ice cream with crumbles of oreo on the top. not mixed into it at all. and i have tried multiple times over the last 10 years. they always always always get it wrong. and they do not care at all

This location does not have the monopoly game pieces on the drinks or breakfast items.. also at most most recent visit my biscuit was dried out and hard as a rock. They can never get the order right smh it’s a shame it’s the closest location to my house.

My last time I knew when you ordered a Big Mac they gave you two hamburger patties. I've taken 2 bites out of my burger. Got home opened my box to finish it. And found after investigating that I only had 1. And never knew after all this time it's just a bottom in between the sandwich.

It's not too bad except when you order a pickup at the counter after 9pm because even though they're supposed to have it open until 11 they always lock the doors, so I have wait in an extremely long line for drive thru. If you want to close the inside down earlier than 11 then fine, but don't have the posted time be 11 and don't let anyone order to pick up their food inside.
