Rude drive thru workers. No “hello” or “welcome to”, not even “thank you” or “have a nice evening “. They stick your food and drink in your face as your reaching for payment and give you one to three word questions and responses. I know it’s not a dream job, but damn, take some pride in anything you do.

Edit: I would like to add that at 8:00 pm the food was still fresh and relatively hot and order was correct. Just try and be courteous instead of treating customers as burdens.

The manager AJ here today was phenomenal! By far the best atmosphere of any Macdonalds I've ever been to and it was because of him. My son even noticed it. He said "dad he really loves his job." I'll be back to this location even if it's out of my way. It's very rare to see this these days. He is destined for greater things for sure.

They forgot a Big Mac on my order, and they have no available option to speak to a team member to correct the situation. But trust them... they will contact you within 1 business day to try to correct your empty stomach.

This will be the last time I come here. What is the point of mobile orders. When they have you park and you still have to wait 15-30 mins for your food. Then it comes out cold and your drinks all melted. That’s just sad. Whoever thought that was a good idea. Bless your heart.

Shout out to the McDonalds on 100. They always seem to care about customer service, and their staff has been so friendly and respectful. I appreciate this business where this is so hard to find these days.

It took nearly 15 minutes to get 2 large fries and a M&M McFlurry... It wasn't even busy!! I'm just glad that the fries were fresh!

I walked in on my break from work and asked for the the quarter pound by it self and the manager got mad at me and yelled and said idk what you want me to do it will be $5 per patty and I know that is not correct I’ve been to McDonald’s many times and just ordered the patties and gotten 4 for $9 and when I asked for the manager she yelled I am the manager and I said are you serious and walked out because I will not be talked to like that.

I came here 3 times because they couldn’t get my order correct. I asked for a mcChicken with Mac sauce. This first time they gave me chicken and bread, then when I came back they gave me Mac sauce in a box. The 3rd time they finally got it right but gave me food poisoning, I was throwing up in the toilet within 15 minutes.

While I understand it’s a McDonald’s and not a 3 star Michelin restaurant I’m flabbergasted by the lack of service and timeliness. It took 30 minutes and having to flag staff down multiple times just to get my order which was completely incorrect. They gave me the wrong drink and didn’t give me fries. When I told the worker it wasn’t correct he looked at me, shrugged and walked away while totally ignoring me trying to get his attention. I typically don’t like to cause problems over something as trivial as fast food being completely ignored for almost half an hour and then receive parts of my order missing or incorrect. There were also multiple other customers who had been there before I came inside the store and were still there after I left and while I won’t speak for them that is completely strange for a McDonald’s.
