Service extremely slow food is not satisfying and been served cold on multiple occasions. 2 separate cashiers at this location were both rude, woman on first shift long aqua nails brown hair and a man on night shift with long hair. It’s gotten to the point I travel across town for mcdonald’s before even thinking about coming to this one nearest to me due to the service.

Honestly this is the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in Nashville. Customer service is always top notch and the staff are always friendly. They make conversation with you which creates a positive experience. Additionally, the service is always very quick and my orders are always right. Vinny (the manager) is an excellent guy also. He always ensures everything is up to standard. Rarely ever do I have 10/10 service each time but this location never fails.

Rude drive thru workers. No “hello” or “welcome to”, not even “thank you” or “have a nice evening “. They stick your food and drink in your face as your reaching for payment and give you one to three word questions and responses. I know it’s not a dream job, but damn, take some pride in anything you do.
Edit: I would like to add that at 8:00 pm the food was still fresh and relatively hot and order was correct. Just try and be courteous instead of treating customers as burdens.

The manager AJ here today was phenomenal! By far the best atmosphere of any Macdonalds I've ever been to and it was because of him. My son even noticed it. He said "dad he really loves his job." I'll be back to this location even if it's out of my way. It's very rare to see this these days. He is destined for greater things for sure.
They forgot a Big Mac on my order, and they have no available option to speak to a team member to correct the situation. But trust them... they will contact you within 1 business day to try to correct your empty stomach.
This will be the last time I come here. What is the point of mobile orders. When they have you park and you still have to wait 15-30 mins for your food. Then it comes out cold and your drinks all melted. That’s just sad. Whoever thought that was a good idea. Bless your heart.
