Went through the drive-through. Fast and friendly service. The fries were bland(needed salt), my burger had way too much mayo, the burger was pink inside, and when I opened the box, there was a hair in it. Nasty!

The drive thru service is often flat our horrible. Twice we've experienced a drive thru breakdown within the past few weeks. The first time, we were stuck in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. The second time, we were able to get out of the line after noticing cars in the line hadn't moved for about 5 minutes.

This could just be just me but I got a job there they had me on the schedule working from 3:00 in the morning until 12:00 and also I was supposed to be still on the schedule still working they really don't care and his wife is no better she is very mean whenever you get to work you catch a Lyft or Uber and get the you ready to work they send you home and that's just from my experience but but this is just something that's going to be swept under the rug like everything else is I really do think it's a shame that I really wanted to work so really what was the problem I think John and his wifeproblem is John and they always have a attitude it's been so many times how can you not acknowledge your employee it's time to make a change I believe it's going to go down
Kept skipping me in the drive thru, because of the two lanes, and it was taking so long for them to even take orders. I got stuck waiting behind people until others left. I just wanted to leave.

I just had to share my experience here from a couple of weeks ago, my daughter is learning about spending and saving money (she's nearly 5), and decided this was what she wanted. She got to hand the cashier money through the backseat window and thought it was the coolest thing. The cashier was kind and treated her just like any other customer. It was adorable. Great job team!

Stopped here on the way through on a road trip. They seemed busy but the food was hot and fresh ☺️ This place isn’t set up real well though, whomever designed this one didn’t do a good job.

We were coming home from an appointment in Nashville. We stopped in to this McDonald's. There was an employee outside smoking. Someone had tied a bike to the ramp shown for this location. Well, I'm a cancer patient. It's why we're in that city. So...I used the rails out front to stable myself. And all of a sudden an alarm goes off from the bike. The employee said dont touch the rail! It makes it go off. Anywho, we go inside and waited at the counter. The girl that was there walked off. Two other people came to the from but never "seen" us. Another woman comes out from the back, takes out order, we pay and go site down. The food comes out and half of it is there. So I go to the counter and tell them what I'm missing. She was like...and you didn't get them? Nope. So she walks off and ANOTHER woman come out. I tell her and show her the receipt. She says okay no problem. And withing 2 minutes she gives me the rest of the order(my food, hubby's dinner for at work). The food was great! And although the service wasn't all that great. I seen two in there that didn't ignore us or walk away when we order. Thanks for that. There are people there that were kind. But the car/bike alarm and then placing our order. But the food was great.
